What the Elena gameplay trailer revealed
The official Capcom Europe trailer introduced Elena as the last Year 2 character. Capcom’s promotional description said she would bring “a pawsitive attitude and capoeira style” to the game. The trailer was published April 25, 2025; it was a character reveal and release announcement, not a new announcement that Elena is still forthcoming.
When did Elena release in Street Fighter 6?
Capcom announced June 5, 2025 as Elena’s release date. Its earlier teaser trailer, published April 10, also noted that server maintenance and local time zones could mean she became available on June 4 for some players. The date in Capcom Europe’s official gameplay-trailer description is June 5.
How could players get Elena?
Capcom listed several access routes. The announcement establishes these categories, but does not give current regional prices, retailer stock, or store-by-store availability.
