Genshin Impact Version 5.4 featured Yumemizuki Mizuki and Sigewinne in Phase 1, followed by Furina and Wriothesley in Phase 2. HoYoverse’s official preview confirms that final lineup; the sources available here do not verify specific earlier leaks or who made them.
Genshin Impact 5.4 banner characters
Version 5.4, titled “Moonlight Amidst Dreams,” was scheduled to launch on February 12, 2025, according to HoYoverse’s Version 5.4 preview, published January 26, 2025.
| Phase | Five-star characters | Banner status |
|---|---|---|
| Phase 1 | Yumemizuki Mizuki and Sigewinne | Mizuki’s debut; Sigewinne rerun |
| Phase 2 | Furina and Wriothesley | Both returning characters |
The preview confirms these five-star lineups. It does not establish the exact phase-change date or the Phase 2 end date, so those dates are not included here.
Phase 1: Mizuki and Sigewinne
Phase 1 paired new five-star Anemo catalyst character Yumemizuki Mizuki with returning five-star Sigewinne. The official Phase I Event Wish notice lists Gorou, Sayu, and Xiangling as the boosted four-star characters. Its stated wish end time is March 4, 2025, at 18:59; the notice is in Japanese.

What Mizuki does
HoYoverse describes Mizuki as combining Swirl damage with healing. Her Elemental Skill places her in Dreamdrifter state, where she periodically deals area Anemo damage and increases the team’s Swirl damage. Her Elemental Burst draws opponents in, then creates snacks that either heal the active character or deal area Anemo damage, depending on that character’s HP. These are ability descriptions, not a performance assessment.
Phase 2: Furina and Wriothesley
Phase 2 brought back five-star characters Furina and Wriothesley. The official preview confirms the two featured characters but does not provide a Phase 2 four-star lineup or phase dates in the cited material.

What was confirmed—and what was not
The final 5.4 lineup is confirmed in HoYoverse’s preview. Although the topic is often phrased in terms of “confirmed and leaked” characters, the cited sources do not document individual leak claims, their publication dates, or their sources. They therefore cannot establish which leakers, if any, predicted the final banners accurately.
Where Mizuki went after her debut banner
HoYoverse said Mizuki would be added to Standard Wish after the Version 5.5 update. Her official Skill Showcase, published February 6, 2025, independently says she would join Standard Wish in the version after her event wish. That future Standard Wish availability is separate from her limited-time Version 5.4 debut banner.
