For the Fallout 76 challenge “Consume a ‘Vintage’ Alcoholic Beverage,” the most direct route is to collect Mire Magic Moonshine at Sunday Brothers’ Cabin in the Mire, age it in a C.A.M.P. Fermenter, then drink the resulting Vintage Mire Magic Moonshine. If no bottle is available, Nukashine is a craftable alternative that can also be aged until vintage.
Get Vintage Mire Magic Moonshine at Sunday Brothers’ Cabin
- Travel to Sunday Brothers’ Cabin in the Mire and check for Mire Magic Moonshine. The bottle is world loot, so another player may have taken it.
- Put the regular Mire Magic Moonshine in a Fermenter at your C.A.M.P. and wait for it to become Vintage Mire Magic Moonshine.
- Consume the vintage bottle to complete the objective.
The challenge guide identifies the C.A.M.P. Fermenter as the step that turns the regular drink into its vintage version and credits the objective: challenge guide.
Unlock a Fermenter and Brewing Station
If you have not built the required equipment, complete the Morgantown quest Wasted on Nukashine. A quest walkthrough says it unlocks both a Fermenter and a Brewing Station for your C.A.M.P.: quest walkthrough.
Alternative: craft and age Nukashine
If you cannot find Mire Magic Moonshine, a 2025 guide lists Nukashine as a craftable option. It gives this ingredient list and says to craft it at a Brewing Station before aging it until vintage:

The same guide estimates about two hours for natural fermentation or about one hour in a Fermenter. Those are guide-reported estimates; confirm the recipe and timing in-game, since these mechanics may change. See the 2025 Nukashine guide.
Which route should you use?
| Route | What you need | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| Sunday Brothers’ Cabin | Available Mire Magic Moonshine and a C.A.M.P. Fermenter | Direct location route, but the world-loot bottle may already be gone. |
| Craft Nukashine | Brewing Station, listed ingredients, and time to age it | A fallback when the cabin bottle is unavailable; the guide’s recipe and timing are not independently verified. |
The cited guides describe these routes but do not establish a complete list of every drink that qualifies as a vintage alcoholic beverage. The quickest option depends on what you already have and whether the cabin’s loot is available.
