Lord Tusk is a uniquely large, named horker in The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn, found on Horker Island off Solstheim, east of Skaal Village. He is a creature encounter—not a human lord or speaking character.
Where is Lord Tusk located?
Horker Island sits off Solstheim’s northeastern coast, east of Skaal Village. On the island, follow the blood trail past the dead Reavers and climb through a rocky gap to a skull-strewn promontory; Lord Tusk is there among the horkers. The Elder Scrolls Wiki gives his location, while UESP’s island guide describes the route and encounter setting.

What makes Lord Tusk different from other horkers?
He is a named, oversized horker with substantially stronger game stats than a regular one. The Elder Scrolls Wiki and the Skyrim Wiki both list him at level 25, with 445 health and 275 stamina. The Elder Scrolls Wiki characterizes him as having more than twice a regular horker’s health, considerably more stamina, and greater damage; it says he attacks in the same manner and at the same speed. These are reference-listed game values, not real-world measurements.
What happens during the island encounter?
The island is a rookery, and the other horkers may join the fight if Lord Tusk becomes hostile, according to The Elder Scrolls Wiki. The scene also includes dead Reavers and Saden’s body. Saden’s Journal is on the southern shore, while the mace Horksbane is near Saden’s body. Horksbane is a nearby item of interest, not a listed drop from Lord Tusk.

What loot does Lord Tusk have?
Reference pages list horker meat, a horker tusk, and skulls among his loot. The Skyrim Wiki independently gives the same core loot categories, listing a skull. The sources distinguish these drops from Horksbane, which the island guide places near Saden.
