If you can’t find a leaving date for a PlayStation Plus game, the available official information does not confirm that Sony removed expiration dates across the service. PlayStation says some Game Catalog and Classics Catalog titles have end dates, which it publicizes ahead of time—but that does not mean every game displays a date at all times.
What PlayStation says about catalog end dates
PlayStation’s US catalog FAQ says some games may have an end date for removal from PlayStation Plus. Its subscription-plan page similarly says some Game Catalog and Classics Catalog titles have end dates when they leave, and that those dates will be publicized ahead of time. Neither statement says every catalog game has a continuously visible date on its individual listing.

These policies do not establish that the interface has changed universally, explain why a particular date is missing, or confirm that a date will appear in every region or on every game page. The reason you cannot see a date for a particular title remains unverified by the official pages cited here.

Catalog games and monthly games follow different rules
Do not treat a monthly game added to your library as if it were a Game Catalog title. PlayStation says monthly games can be played while your membership is active. Game Catalog and Classics Catalog titles are available under the corresponding plan, and some have end dates for leaving the service.
PlayStation’s guide to accessing PlayStation Plus games explains how to access monthly games; the catalog FAQ describes the catalog end-date policy.

A subscription ending is not the same as a game leaving the catalog
If you cancel, your benefits continue through the period you have already paid for; access to those benefits ends when your membership ends. That is separate from a catalog title leaving the service while your plan is still active. PlayStation’s cancellation guidance cited here is for Ireland, so check the support page for your own region if you need region-specific terms: How to cancel PlayStation Plus.
What to do if a particular leaving date is missing
- Open the catalog on your console using the PS5 or PS4 route above, then check the game’s listing.
- Check PlayStation’s official catalog page for the title and any published end-date information. The cited page is for the US.
- If the date is still unclear, contact PlayStation Support with your region, console, and the game’s exact title. The official pages do not promise that Support can provide a date when none is displayed, but those details help identify the case.
What happens to DLC if a catalog game leaves?
PlayStation says purchased add-ons associated with a catalog game become inaccessible if your subscription expires or the game leaves the service. Access resumes if you resubscribe or purchase the game. This guidance is on PlayStation’s US catalog page.
