Redfall may look like a fit, but you play vampire hunters there, not vampires.

V Rising: survival, blood hunting, and castle building
V Rising puts the vampire fantasy at the center of its premise. Stunlock Studios describes it as: “Awaken as a vampire, build your castle, hunt for blood, and rise in power in a gothic world.” That makes it the clearest choice if you want the vampire role to shape your core loop, rather than just your character’s backstory. Konami announced a Castlevania crossover for the game, and a PS5 version is also part of its platform lineup. Platform and edition availability can vary by region, so check the listing for your market before choosing a copy. V Rising official site
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2: a story-led role-playing option
Paradox presents Bloodlines 2 as a narrative-led role-playing game in which you play an elder vampire. Its official page describes a story told through two alternating playable characters: Phyre and Malkavian detective Fabien. Choose it if you want a defined cast and a narrative focus rather than a survival-and-building premise. Paradox’s official game page

Legacy of Kain: Ascendance: playable vampires in an action-platformer
Legacy of Kain: Ascendance offers a different kind of vampire role: Crystal Dynamics says players can control Raziel in his vampiric form and use Elaleth’s vampire playstyle. The game is listed for PC and consoles, with a release date of March 31, 2026. Its official description makes it a fit for players seeking action-platforming with playable vampiric characters. Why Redfall does not count
Redfall has four playable heroes, but its official premise is about those heroes confronting vampires. You hunt vampires; you do not play as one. It belongs on a vampire-hunting list, not a list of games that fulfill the playable-vampire promise. Redfall official page
What about Castlevania: Bloodlines?
Castlevania: Bloodlines features Countess Bartley, a vampiress and antagonist. The official page does not establish her as playable, so her presence alone is not enough to count the game as a verified playable-vampire option. Castlevania: Bloodlines official page
