The “Golden Raider Tool” is the Gilded Pickaxe Raider Tool, a free cosmetic given to eligible ARC Raiders players for the game’s sales milestone. The claim window ended on January 13, 2026, so the original offer is no longer available as of October 8, 2026. No late-claim method or rerun is established by the available information.
What was the Golden Raider Tool?
It was a digital cosmetic called the Gilded Pickaxe Raider Tool—not a physical item. Embark Studios offered it as a limited-time in-game gift after announcing a sales milestone. The Embark Help Center described the milestone as 12 million copies sold; Nexon later reported more than 12.4 million units sold as of January 13, 2026. These are company-reported sales figures, not a count of players online at one time.
Nexon’s January 13, 2026 announcement also reported 960,000 concurrent players in January. That concurrent-player figure is distinct from cumulative units sold. Nexon lists ARC Raiders’ launch date as October 30, 2025.
Can you still claim the free Gilded Pickaxe?
No. The original offer required at least one login during the eligibility period, which ran from launch through January 13, 2026. The official Embark Help Center notice set the cutoff at 11:59 p.m. CET / 2:59 p.m. PST / 5:59 p.m. EST on January 13. That deadline has passed, and the available information does not establish a late claim or a repeat offer.
