In Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, Honedge evolves into Doublade at level 35. Use a Dusk Stone on Doublade to evolve it into Aegislash. If you do not want to evolve one yourself, a guide also reports that Aegislash can appear at Giant’s Cap during heavy fog.
How to evolve Honedge into Doublade
Train Honedge until it reaches level 35. It then evolves into Doublade. This is the first step in the line’s evolution; reaching another level does not evolve Doublade into Aegislash.
How to evolve Doublade into Aegislash

Can you catch Aegislash instead?
PowerPyx reports that Aegislash can wander at Giant’s Cap during heavy fog. This provides an alternative to evolving Doublade if the weather and encounter are available in your game. Doublade’s type and weaknesses
The official Pokémon.com Pokédex entry for Doublade lists it as Steel/Ghost-type, with the ability No Guard. Its listed weaknesses are Fire, Ground, Ghost, and Dark.
