In its 6 March 2026 statement, Marvel Rivals described “incentivized throwing” as players being enticed by third-party bounties to deliberately sabotage matches. Marvel Rivals said it had a “strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of malicious disruption.” It announced specialized investigation, reporting and verification measures, with penalties that could include permanent bans. These are the developer’s stated policies; the announcement did not publish counts of bounties, affected accounts, bans or matches.
What was reported about Intlist
Popverse described Intlist as a fan-created bounty site. Its report reproduced a notice saying the site was being reworked, gave no return date, and promised refunds for unclaimed paid bounties if the site did not return. GamesRadar later reported that Intlist announced a change of direction: a free platform for reporting throwers instead of paid rewards connected to throwing. Penalties for confirmed conduct
The March 6 statement said suspected malicious idling or intentional throwing should be reported in game and that reports would be investigated. A report is not itself a finding of misconduct or a guarantee of punishment. Ranked-point restoration in qualifying losses
The 9 March update announced automatic restoration of lost ranked points when a teammate’s confirmed malicious behavior caused both the player’s match loss and point deduction. It does not promise compensation for every defeat, suspected throw or point loss. Escalating suspensions, Quick Match penalties and appeals
In its latest relevant official update covered here, dated 17 September 2026, NetEase announced increased suspensions for repeat inactivity, throwing and early leaving, plus a separate penalty tier for Quick Match. It also said players could appeal penalties through Customer Support after verified abnormal network or hardware disconnections. The update says losing a team fight, having poor synergy or facing an early disadvantage alone is not a reason to give up; that is developer guidance, not a diagnostic test that proves whether a player threw. - Use Marvel Rivals’ in-game reporting feature when you encounter suspected malicious idling or intentional throwing, as directed in the 6 March official statement.
- Describe the conduct you observed accurately. A frustrating loss, poor play or team disagreement is not by itself proof of deliberate sabotage.
- For a penalty following a genuine network or hardware disconnection, use Customer Support to appeal if the case can be verified, as described in the 17 September update.
The official announcements cited here do not specify a universal replay-ID requirement or provide a complete current reporting walkthrough. Follow the instructions shown in the game rather than relying on third-party directions that may be out of date.

What remains unclear
The cited reports do not establish whether Intlist is currently available or what terms it now uses. The official announcements also do not disclose enforcement totals or detection performance, and later changes to the systems described are not established here. The confirmed story is the sequence of policy announcements: a zero-tolerance statement on 6 March, detection and conditional ranked-point restoration on 9 March, and stricter penalties with a Quick Match tier and an appeal route on 17 September 2026.
