Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →You can check a Final Fantasy XI login campaign point balance in game by speaking with a Greeter Moogle during an active campaign. A 2015 Square Enix forum archive lists four Moogle locations and says the balance could also appear at a character’s first login of the day. Both details come from older posts, so confirm them against the current campaign notice and the NPC’s menu before relying on them for a campaign running in October 2026.
Check your point balance in game
The documented method is a check at a Greeter Moogle, not a website or account page. Follow these steps:

- Sign in through the PlayOnline Viewer. Choose the member profile that contains your PlayOnline ID, select Log In, enter your Square Enix password, enter a one-time password if your account requires one, and then connect. This sign-in procedure is described in the SQUARE ENIX Support Center article “How do I log into FINAL FANTASY XI?”
- Select the character whose points you want to check. Login points are tracked separately for each character, so a balance on one character does not show what another has earned.
- Travel to a Greeter Moogle while the campaign is running. The four documented locations are listed below.
- Open the NPC’s options to view your total and the campaign reward list. The 2015 archive says points could be exchanged at a Greeter Moogle. It does not confirm the current menu wording, the current reward stock, or the redemption deadline.
Greeter Moogle locations
The 2015 Square Enix forum archive, in the thread “Silly newb question…”, lists four locations. The archive presents them as equivalent options, and no source ranks them by convenience or access.
- Windurst Walls (C-13)
- Port San d’Oria (J-10)
- Port Bastok (J-13)
- Chocobo Circuit (H-8)
If you do not find a Moogle at one of these coordinates, the campaign may have moved or changed its NPC placement. Check the current campaign notice from Square Enix rather than assuming the 2015 list still applies.

How login points are earned
A 2013 official forum post from the FINAL FANTASY XI campaign announcement describes the core rule:
“Each day (Earth time) that you log in to FINAL FANTASY XI during the campaign, we will reward you with special points that may be traded in for specific in-game items!”

Final Fantasy XI Online - PC
- Massively multiplayer online roleplaying Final Fantasy game
- Experience missions by yourself or join up with other party members to form alliances
- Explore the incredibly vast environments that make up Vana'diel
- Connect and communicate with thousands of other gamers
- Note: this online-only game requires an Internet connection and charges a monthly fee payable by credit card
The same post states: “Login point totals will be calculated separately for each character.”
In practical terms, each character earns at most one daily login point award on its first login during the campaign. The 2013 post says the daily reset falls at 8:00 a.m. PDT. If a character stays logged in through that reset, the player must log out and log back in to receive the next day’s points. This is documented historical behavior from a 2013 campaign. It is not confirmed as the rule for every current campaign.

If expected daily points do not appear
- Confirm the login day. Points are awarded for logging in during the campaign period, so a missed login on a given Earth-time day cannot be recovered later.
- Confirm the character. Check the character you logged in with, because each character has its own total.
- Check the reset. If the character stayed online through the historical 8:00 a.m. PDT reset, log out and log back in, then check the balance again.
- Check the current notice. If the points still do not appear, compare your experience with the current official campaign announcement.
What the available sources do not confirm for October 2026
The current evidence does not establish several details that readers often need:
- Which campaign is active in October 2026, and when it ends.
- The current reward list, including item stock and any limits.
- The deadline for exchanging points.
- Whether the Greeter Moogle menus or locations have changed since 2015.
- Whether the 8:00 a.m. PDT reset and log-out requirement still apply.
- Any level requirement. A 2015 forum reply said “No level restriction as far as I know,” but that was a player’s personal answer, not an official statement.
Where to confirm current details
For the active campaign’s rewards, deadlines, and rules, use the official FINAL FANTASY XI website and the Square Enix campaign announcement for the current event. For the sign-in procedure, use the SQUARE ENIX Support Center. For the point balance itself, the in-game Greeter Moogle remains the only documented place to check it.
