Update: Wooting’s Black Friday promotion for the 60HE+ ran from November 25 through December 1, 2025, and is expired as of August 18, 2026. It offered a carrying case and silicone wrist rest with eligible purchases—a claimed accessory value of $58.98, not a direct $59 discount on the keyboard.
The promotion was notable because it targeted Wooting’s compact Hall effect gaming keyboard and reportedly included pre-built, module, refurbished, and old-stock variants, depending on inventory and the listing.
What the Black Friday bundle included
According to Notebookcheck’s deal report, the promotion included two accessories:
- A Wooting carrying case
- A Wooting silicone wrist rest
Wooting presented the combined value of those accessories as $58.98. That figure describes the listed value of the bundled items; it should not be read as a cash rebate or as proof that every buyer would have saved $58.98 compared with buying alternative accessories.

The offer was scheduled to run from November 25, 2025, at 14:00 GMT, through December 1, 2025, at 22:45 GMT, or until stock ran out. It was reportedly Wooting’s first Black Friday promotion, although that characterization should be understood as company-reported deal context rather than an independently verified industry record.
Which 60HE+ versions qualified?
The reported eligible products included the following:
- The pre-built Wooting 60HE+
- The 60HE+ module
- Selected refurbished units
- Selected old-stock products sold through Wooting’s Respawn Store
Eligibility depended on the specific listing and available inventory. Buyers should not assume that every 60HE product, every Wooting keyboard, or every refurbished unit automatically received the bundle.
The lowest reported price was $131.49 for a refurbished or old-stock unit. That was a historical figure tied to a particular condition and variant, not a current 2026 price. Refurbished and old-stock products can also differ from new units in cosmetic condition, warranty coverage, included items, and return terms.

What were the accessories actually worth?
The carrying case was described as a hard EVA-shell case with a soft interior and black-and-yellow styling. It was intended to protect the compact keyboard during travel and may also fit some other 60% keyboards with similar dimensions, although that does not guarantee universal compatibility.
The silicone wrist rest was designed around the 60HE’s dimensions. That can provide a neat, matched fit, but it may be less appealing to buyers who prefer a wider wrist rest or already own one.
There are two ways to assess the bundle’s value:
| Value measure | What it means |
|---|---|
| Advertised value | $58.98 in listed accessories |
| Practical value | What those specific accessories are worth to you compared with the case and wrist rest you would otherwise buy |
For someone already planning to buy a 60HE+ and needing a travel case and compact wrist rest, the bundle could be useful. For someone who already owned those accessories—or who was buying the module for a custom build—the headline value could be much lower. In particular, a module buyer may have little use for the included case unless the module is being installed in a compatible 60% configuration.
Why the Wooting 60HE+ attracted attention
The 60HE+ belongs to Wooting’s Hall effect keyboard family, which appeals to competitive players and enthusiasts because magnetic switches can support adjustable actuation and software-controlled input behavior. Relevant buying considerations include actuation adjustment, rapid-trigger-style features, per-key configuration, firmware support, software quality, switch feel, latency claims, and the availability of replacement parts.

The Win60 HE supports dynamic lighting effects and full synchronization, allowing you to match any setup style instantly. From subtle ambient glows to intense battle modes, personalize your gaming keyboard lighting to reflect your unique vibe
Those capabilities do not automatically make the 60HE+ the best keyboard for every buyer. Wooting’s software and customization ecosystem were part of the product’s appeal, while the compact format and wired design narrowed its audience.
The 60% layout is a major trade-off
A 60% keyboard generally omits dedicated arrow keys, navigation keys, and the function row. Those controls may still be available through layers or shortcuts, but that is not equivalent to having dedicated keys.
The layout suits buyers who want a compact gaming board, desk space, or a portable setup. It is less suitable for users who frequently rely on arrow keys, navigation clusters, a function row, or a larger productivity-oriented layout. Buyers wanting more dedicated controls should compare larger models, including Wooting’s 80HE range, rather than treating the 60HE+ bundle as a universal bargain.
Pre-built versus module
Pre-built 60HE+
The pre-built version was the straightforward choice for buyers who wanted a ready-to-use keyboard. The included case had an obvious use, and the wrist rest completed the compact desk setup.

The small size and lightweight design make it easier to carry and perfect for business trip
60HE+ module
The module was aimed at modders and custom-keyboard builders. It made more sense for buyers who already had, or intended to source, a compatible case, plate, keycaps, and other required components. The free case could be valuable only if it suited the planned build; otherwise, the module’s advantage was customization rather than the accessory bundle.
Third-party cases and magnetic switches were mentioned in coverage of the product, but compatibility must be checked for the exact module, plate, stabilizers, cable arrangement, and firmware requirements. Installing third-party parts can also affect warranty coverage.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Was the bundle better than a direct discount?
That depended on the buyer. The promotion improved the package rather than necessarily lowering the keyboard’s purchase price.
- Better for: buyers already committed to the 60HE+, travelers who needed a protective case, and users who wanted a matching compact wrist rest.
- Less valuable for: buyers who already owned those accessories, shoppers focused only on the lowest keyboard price, and module buyers with a separate custom-build plan.
- Potentially risky: buyers choosing refurbished or old-stock hardware without first checking condition, warranty, included accessories, seller identity, and the return window.
The $58.98 headline was therefore a useful accessory-value signal, not a guaranteed $58.98 saving. A buyer should compare the actual price and condition of the keyboard with current alternatives and assign value only to accessories they would genuinely use.

How the newer 60HE V2 changes the decision
The deal report placed the promotion in the context of the newer Wooting 60HE V2 arriving as 60HE+ inventory was being sold. It is reasonable to view the bundle as a way to make remaining 60HE+ stock more attractive, but that is an inference about the commercial context, not confirmed company intent.
In 2026, buyers considering remaining 60HE+ stock should compare the exact differences, price, condition, availability, software and firmware support, connectivity, and included accessories against the current successor. The older model can still make sense when its total price is substantially lower or when the buyer specifically wants the older configuration. Buying solely because a historical article says “$59 in free accessories” does not make sense after the promotion has ended.
Checklist for refurbished or old-stock listings
Before purchasing any remaining or refurbished 60HE+ unit, confirm:
- Whether the listing is for a new, refurbished, open-box, or old-stock product.
- Who is selling it and whether the seller is an official Wooting channel.
- The warranty duration and any exclusions.
- The return period and conditions.
- The cosmetic grade and expected signs of use.
- Which cable, keycaps, switches, and other items are included.
- Whether the case and wrist rest are explicitly shown as included in the listing or cart.
- Whether stock and shipping are available in your country.
Do not assume that refurbished units have the same warranty or accessory package as new units. Likewise, a historical promotion cannot be applied retroactively to a current listing unless the offer is explicitly displayed at checkout.
Verdict
Wooting’s 2025 Black Friday bundle was most compelling for someone who already wanted a 60HE+ and could use a purpose-built case and wrist rest. It was less compelling for buyers who wanted a direct keyboard discount, wireless connectivity, a larger layout, or the newest Wooting hardware.
The central distinction is simple: the promotion offered nearly $59 in advertised accessories, not $59 off the keyboard. Because the offer ended on December 1, 2025, readers shopping now should evaluate current official Wooting listings and remaining stock on their own merits.
For current product information, check Wooting’s official store, its Respawn inventory, and Wooting’s support documentation. Those pages—not the expired Black Friday headline—should determine today’s price, availability, warranty, and included accessories.
