When an Infinity Nikki code fails, first check that you’re using the right Infold account and character, that the code is still valid and you meet its conditions, and that the character hasn’t already redeemed it. You can redeem through the official website or, once unlocked, in the game at Pear-Pal > Settings > Other > Redeem Code.
Check the account, server and character
For web redemption, Infold requires you to be logged in to an account with a character bound to it. Make sure you’ve selected the intended server and character before submitting the code. A code redeemed on the wrong character may not deliver its reward to the one you meant to use. See Infold’s Redeem for Rewards page for the web redemption rules.
Verify the code is still eligible
Codes can have specific conditions and expiration deadlines. Check the original announcement for the code’s requirements and end date rather than relying on an old code list or an undated repost. Infold’s rules say expired or invalid codes cannot be redeemed.
For example, codes from the Version 2.8 preview livestream expired on July 24, 2026, at 08:59 (UTC-7), according to the official livestream overview. That date is a past example, not a current code or a general expiration schedule.

Make sure the character hasn’t already used it
Each code can be redeemed once per character, and duplicate redemptions are not allowed. If you have already claimed a code on that character, trying again will not grant another reward.
Try the in-game redemption menu
- Open Pear-Pal.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Other.
- Select Redeem Code and enter the code.
Infold published this route in The Chronicles of Momo announcement. The announcement notes that Pear-Pal becomes available after you obtain Pear-Pal from the Sea of Stars. If the menu is missing, check whether that feature has unlocked in your current game version. The in-game route does not bypass a code’s expiration, eligibility conditions or one-use limit.

Successful redemptions made on the official website are delivered through in-game mail. Check the mail for the reward and claim it before the mail expires, as described on Infold’s redemption page.
Contact official support if it still fails
If you have confirmed the account, character, code conditions, deadline and prior-use status but still can’t redeem the code, contact customer service. Infold lists the Pear-Pal customer-service panel and Settings > Contact Us on the login page in its Exploration Season FAQ. Its Top-up Center also displays the email address [email protected].
