A GTA5-Mods.com search result titled “DOOM II in GTA 5 Hell On Earth” could be related to the mod described in this headline, but the available evidence does not establish that they are the same project. It also does not confirm what Doom II content the mod imports, how to install it, or which GTA V versions it supports.
What is known about the GTA 5 Doom II mod?
A GTA5-Mods.com index entry exists under the title “DOOM II in GTA 5 Hell On Earth.” That makes it a possible match, not a confirmed identification. The headline’s original publisher, author, and publication date could not be corroborated, and the index result does not establish the creator of the possible match or its features. What does it import from Doom II?
That is the central unanswered question. The available listing excerpt does not say whether the project imports levels, enemies, weapons, textures, or some other Doom II content. The phrase “most of Doom 2” in the headline should therefore be treated as an unverified description, not a confirmed feature list. No attributable creator statement or statistic about the mod was found.

No verified installation instructions, required tools or assets, supported GTA V edition, or compatibility status are available in the surfaced listing excerpt. There is not enough information to give reliable setup steps or to say whether the mod works with a particular game update.

- A total of 187 mission maps and 43 deathmatch maps in DOOM + DOOM II.
A separate project called “Stray Doom” appeared in search results, with requirements that include an original Doom II WAD and GZDoom 4.7.1. That is a different project; its requirements do not establish what this GTA V mod needs. Stray Doom search result
Is the possible listing the same project as the headline?
That remains unconfirmed. An exact-title search did not locate a corroborating source for the headline, while a broader search surfaced the GTA5-Mods.com index entry but not its detail page. Without a verified connection, claims about the listing’s author, release, content, or compatibility cannot safely be attributed to the headline’s subject. Exact-title search result

What should be verified before trying it?
- Whether the original post links to the “DOOM II in GTA 5 Hell On Earth” listing or identifies a different mod.
- Which Doom II assets or gameplay elements are included, and whether any original game files or additional tools are required.
- Which GTA V edition and update the creator supports, and whether the mod is intended for single-player only or claims any other compatibility.
- Whether the installation instructions and download are still available and match the current version of the project.
Until those details are confirmed by the original listing or its creator, neither compatibility nor a particular installation method is established.
