Walmart lists Acer’s Nitro N85-100-UW37 gaming desktop for $1,699, with a Ryzen 9 9900X, Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics, 16GB of system memory and a 1TB SSD. The dated deal coverage identifies the promotion as Walmart Deal Days—not Prime Day—and the price may change. Confirm the exact model and current listing details before buying.
What the $1,699 listing includes
The Walmart deal is for the Acer Nitro 85 model N85-100-UW37. The listing specifies an AMD Ryzen 9 9900X processor, an RX 9070 XT with 16GB of GDDR6 graphics memory, 16GB of DDR5 system memory and a 1TB SSD. The detailed retailer listing also mentions Wi-Fi 7, 2.5GbE and liquid cooling; these are listing details, not independently verified test findings. Walmart’s PC gaming deals page and an October 6, 2026 Slickdeals listing identify the SKU and configuration.
One point to weigh is the 16GB of system memory. That is the capacity stated for this deal configuration; the available evidence does not establish that it causes a performance bottleneck. If your games or other workloads need more memory, verify the UW37’s upgrade options and compatibility rather than assuming specifications from a similarly named Acer model apply.
Why the Prime Day headline needs correcting
The available dated coverage calls this a Walmart Deal Days offer. Yahoo Tech’s roundup describes the Walmart promotion, and the October 6 listing also associates the price with Walmart deals. The evidence does not support labeling it a Prime Day promotion.

What the RX 9070 XT says about 4K gaming
AMD’s March 2025 specifications list the RX 9070 XT with 16GB of GDDR6 memory and 304W total board power. AMD recommends a 750W power supply for the graphics card. Its published 4K material offers manufacturer-provided context for the RX 9070 family, but it is not an independent review of this Acer desktop. AMD’s RX 9000 quick reference and RX 9070 series guide provide those manufacturer specifications and materials.

The graphics card makes this a high-resolution gaming configuration to consider, but the evidence does not establish game-by-game frame rates for the N85-100-UW37. Results depend on the game, graphics settings and workload; do not treat the listing as a guarantee of maximum settings or a particular 4K frame rate.
