There were no confirmed active Adopt Me! promotional codes in the February 1, 2026 status report. That report named 2xCOPPERKEY only as the last known working code—not as a code confirmed to work in February. Check the in-game kiosk and official Adopt Me! channels for announcements, because promotional codes can expire or be canceled.
Are there any active Adopt Me codes for February 2026?
Beebom’s roundup, published February 1, 2026, reported no active codes and listed 2xCOPPERKEY as the last known working code. That is a dated snapshot, not confirmation that the code can be redeemed during February. Read Beebom’s February 1, 2026 code report.
Adopt Me!’s terms say promotional codes are limited-time, subject to availability, and may be modified or canceled by Uplift Games. For the current status, check official Adopt Me! announcements and try any announced free code at the in-game kiosk. The official Adopt Me! redemption page explains the redemption location and conditions.
How to redeem a free Adopt Me! promotional code
- Enter the Safety Hub in Adopt Me!.
- Find Agent Ruhi and the nearby code redemption kiosk.
- Use the kiosk, enter the code, and select Redeem!.
- If it is not accepted, check the spelling. The official instructions show an error for an unrecognized code and a success message when an item is added to your backpack.
Sign in to the Roblox account that should receive the item. Adopt Me!’s terms require an account in good standing to redeem and retain virtual items; Roblox also advises entering the code accurately. See Roblox Support.

Free promotional codes and Adopt Me! toy codes are different
You do not need to buy merchandise to use a free Adopt Me! promotional code. Free promotional codes, when available, are redeemed at the Safety Hub kiosk. Codes included with eligible Adopt Me! toys are a separate route: they are redeemed through Roblox’s code redemption page and are tied to the merchandise.
| Code route | Where to redeem | What it is | Purchase required? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free Adopt Me! promotional code | In-game Safety Hub kiosk beside Agent Ruhi | Time-limited promotional reward, when available | No |
| Adopt Me! toy merchandise code | Roblox code redemption page | Virtual-item code bundled with eligible toy merchandise | Yes; it comes with eligible merchandise |
Adopt Me!’s July 13, 2023 update note described free promotional codes as available online when offered and warned players not to pay for them. Jazwares says its Adopt Me! toys include a code for an exclusive virtual item. Its codes have no cash value and may not be resold. Adopt Me!’s terms also describe codes as one-time use and non-transferable, and virtual items as licensed rather than owned.

Can a code give you a Shadow Dragon?
The February 1, 2026 code roundup says there are no redemption codes for a Shadow Dragon. Do not confuse that question with toy merchandise codes, which provide the virtual item specified for the eligible toy; the cited sources do not establish a promotional code that awards a Shadow Dragon.

How to avoid fake or paid “free code” offers
- Use the Safety Hub kiosk for free promotional codes and follow official Adopt Me! announcements.
- Do not pay another player for a supposed free promo code. Adopt Me!’s 2023 warning says free codes should not be sold.
- Do not buy or sell standalone toy codes: Jazwares says its codes have no cash value and may not be resold, while Adopt Me!’s terms make codes one-time use and non-transferable.
