How to choose an accessory
Start with the problem you need to solve: a stat gap, a particular enemy affinity, an ailment, resource sustain, or combat tempo. A narrow resistance can be more relevant than a broad stat boost in a fight built around that threat; recovery or action effects may suit a different role. These are ways to compare the documented effects, not a universal ranking.

GameFAQs’ 2024 equipment list associates the following seven accessories with runner character events and says each grants All stats +5. Gamer Guides also identifies several of the named pieces as gifts from the same characters.

Because these rewards are linked to character events, treat the event association as a reason to check character progression rather than as a complete, step-by-step unlock route.
Where to look when an accessory is missing
A third-party collection guide points to vendors, quests and rewards, bosses, and dungeons as broad places to check, and recommends revisiting sources as progression advances. It does not establish a fully verified location for every accessory, so use this as a search strategy, not a guaranteed route.

- Check the full item list. Gamer Guides reports 81 accessories, but its first page shows 50. Use its paginated database to identify the item and read its listed description and rarity: Gamer Guides accessories database.
- Revisit vendors as the story advances. Availability may be progression-gated according to the collection guide; check stock again after meaningful story progress.
- Review quest and character-event rewards. The seven pieces above are tied by GameFAQs to runner character events. Check event progression if one of them is missing.
- Check relevant bosses and dungeons. The collection guide names these as additional acquisition routes, but does not verify a specific source for each item.
The available guides do not establish whether every accessory can be collected in a single playthrough. Avoid treating a third-party route as proof of a complete, missable-item checklist.

Nintendo’s Canadian store listing describes a Switch 2 Guidebook Edition scheduled for November 12, 2026. It includes a 55-page English digital strategy guide, digital artbook, and soundtrack; Nintendo says the digital guide was curated and re-edited from Future Press’s printed complete 592-page official strategy guide.
