For an individual item’s current source, open its entry in the in-game How to Acquire menu: routes and equipment systems have changed, so older drop lists may no longer apply. The examples below identify item names and grades shown in a catalog, not a complete or permanent inventory.
Which equipment categories count as accessories?
Item listings group accessories into five categories:
- Necklaces: examples include the Heroic Choking Conviction and Epic III Abyssal Breath.
- Bracelets: examples include the Heroic Shackled Twilight and Epic III Abyssal Chains.
- Rings: examples include the Heroic Eternal Promise and Epic III Abyssal Covenant.
- Belts: examples include the Heroic Binding Treachery and Epic III Belt of Hypocrisy and Contempt.
- Earrings: examples include the Heroic Earrings of Corrupted Stellarite and Epic III Depraved Holy War Earrings.
These names and grades are examples from an item database, not a guarantee that every item remains available or that the catalog is exhaustive. An older equipment guide lists necklace, bracelet, two ring, and belt slots but omits earrings; it should not be treated as a definitive current slot count. Check the live character window to confirm the slots available in your version of the game.
What changed with accessories in Update 4.0.0?
Amazon Games’ Update 4.0.0 notes, dated June 24, 2026, describe an equipment overhaul that replaced enhancement, transfer, and sync systems with an Item Level system. The notes also give two separate accessory figures in different contexts; they should not be combined:

The same update describes Nix equipment as craftable through weapon, armor, and accessory crafters in the village in Nix’s Border Zone. Shemir weapon, armor, and accessory ember recipes use materials obtained through the Purification system. These are update-specific system details; check the current client for availability and requirements.
How do you find an accessory’s current acquisition route?
- Open the item’s entry in the game’s How to Acquire interface.
- Review the sources listed there and confirm their requirements in the current client before pursuing a route.
- Check again if a route appears outdated: patch notes show that acquisition systems can change. Update 4.7.0 added Amitoi Expeditions and Material Transmutation to the source menu.
This is more reliable than treating an older guide’s drop location or recipe as current. The available evidence does not establish a complete, current route for every named accessory.

Can you buy or sell accessories through the Auction House?
The official business-model overview describes the Auction House as player-driven and using Lucent. It says only base-level gear can be listed and excludes gear from instanced Co-op Dungeons and Guild Raids. That overview predates the 2026 equipment overhaul, so these restrictions are context rather than confirmation that a particular current accessory can be listed. Check the item’s eligibility and current rules in-game.

Compare an item’s Item Level or grade, its exact stats and traits shown in the current item entry, the effort needed to acquire it, and whether it is available at your progression stage and on your region or server.
