Brigitta has eight Follower ranks. To begin her bond, reach Wisdom Rank 2 and complete A Bullish Embargo. Her rank-up events take place at night on free days; Rank 5 also requires Courage Rank 3, and Rank 7 requires Courage Rank 4. Reaching Rank 8 unlocks the Tycoon Archetype.
How to unlock Brigitta
From 6/12 in the game’s calendar, you can take on Brigitta’s quest, A Bullish Embargo, once your Wisdom reaches Rank 2. Completing it starts her Follower bond at Rank 1. Rank events also depend on story progress, so a listed date is the earliest availability noted, not a guarantee that the event will appear before its other conditions are met.

How to plan Brigitta’s rank-ups
Build the required virtues early
Raise Wisdom to Rank 2 before trying to start A Bullish Embargo. Later, make room to reach Courage Rank 3 before Rank 5 and Courage Rank 4 before Rank 7. These virtue checks are separate from the calendar dates and story gates.
Protect free-day evenings
Brigitta’s rank-up events use a night slot on free days. If you spend the day in a labyrinth, you can lose the opportunity to meet her that evening. After Ranks 5 and 6, the next event also requires waiting through a full free day, so plan around both the wait and the night meeting.

Choose rewards by what you need
- Merchant progression: Rank 1 opens the lineage, while later study-cost reductions make it cheaper to develop.
- Build flexibility: Ranks 3, 4, and 8 increase Merchant inheritance capacity to two, three, and four slots.
- Money and shopping: Merchant’s Rate and Merchant’s Markdown improve MAG exchange; shop expansions and Guild Discount improve access to goods; Supply Crate can grant Reeve.
- Endgame archetype: Rank 8 unlocks Tycoon through Merchant Archetype: Elite.
Do dialogue choices affect rank progression?
Brigitta’s events are optional, and the cited guides describe correct dialogue choices as affecting the MAG bonus rather than whether a rank advances. Prioritize meeting the event’s timing and prerequisite conditions to progress her bond.
