Two Fallout: London guides list the same six settlement locations: Biggin Hill Airport, Covent Garden, Lambeth Walk, London Bridge, Wandsworth Tennis Museum, and Vauxhall Grove. Their directions and unlock details are useful, but this is a guide-based list—not an officially confirmed current roster.
All six settlement locations
The locations below are the six sites named by both GameSkinny’s July 31, 2024 guide and Prima Games’ August 7, 2024 guide. Directions and unlock conditions are reported by GameSkinny; check them against your game version, especially where a quest or dialogue check is involved.
| Settlement | Where to look | Reported access information |
|---|---|---|
| Biggin Hill Airport | West of Swan and Mitre, near Gordo’s barn. | Complete Gordo’s quest. GameSkinny says this can be encountered roughly two hours into the main story; that is a guide-specific estimate, not a guaranteed play-time milestone. |
| Covent Garden | At the gate. | Clear the Hooligans occupying it. The guide notes it may come up during the Ferrymen quest and Archie’s recruitment. |
| Lambeth Walk | Southwest of the Imperial War Museum, west of a train crash site, in the central map area. Look for a UK-flag icon. | The guide gives landmark directions but does not specify an additional quest or stat requirement. |
| London Bridge | At the bridge, where an NPC guards access. | The guide ties access to the Beefy quest chain and a conversation with the guard. It lists Charisma 5, Intelligence 8, Local Leader, or Cannibal as ways to pass the check; verify these requirements in your installed version. |
| Wandsworth Tennis Museum | By Wimbledon Tennis Court, in the southwest. | GameSkinny calls it “Tennis Museum.” The guide warns that stronger enemies are nearby. |
| Vauxhall Grove | At a construction-zone site south of Lambeth Walk. | The guide reports no specific SPECIAL stat, quest, or trait requirement once you find it. |
What is established—and what is not
The six-name list is corroborated by the two reviewed guides, but neither is an official developer index. Community and mod-tool references also use names such as Thameshaven Market and Lambeth Construction; those references do not establish that either is an additional claimable settlement rather than an alias, build area, or differently scoped feature. The exact canonical total therefore remains unconfirmed.
A general settlement overview describes these areas as places to build, manage resources, craft, store items, rest, and defend against threats, with workbenches as the main interface and settlers assignable to tasks. It does not identify a version or provide a location-specific roster, so treat it as broad context rather than a detailed guide to current mechanics.
