How did Series 10 rewards work?
During the Series, PvP participation earned Series EXP and raised your Series level. Rewards unlocked at levels along the Series Malmstones track. Square Enix’s Series 10 announcement describes the progression and directs players to the previous-Series menu to claim past rewards.

- This product is a digital 60-Day Game Time Card for FINAL FANTASY XIV Online. It serves as a payment option that allows players to add 60 days of game time to their FFXIV account at the Standard subscription rate, subject to account limits. Both the game and game time are required to play.

Can you still claim Series 10 rewards?
Series 10 ended with the beginning of Patch 7.5 maintenance on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. The official announcement does not specify an exact clock time or time zone. Series 10 rewards remained claimable only until Series 11 ended. Square Enix’s Patch 7.5 notes state that Series 11 ran from Patch 7.5 until Patch 7.56. Because that window has passed, Series 10 rewards are no longer claimable through the Previous Series menu.
