In GHOUL RE, bosses can be reached through faction mission-board quests, a separate Boss Raid NPC, or regular map spawns. Use a mission’s yellow marker when available; otherwise, treat the reported landmarks below as search areas, not exact coordinates. The loot list is reported by a guide updated April 11, 2025, so check the current game and mission details before committing to a long farm.
How to find and fight GHOUL RE bosses
Faction mission-board boss quests
Choose a boss mission from your faction’s mission board. The April 11, 2025 Pro Game Guides guide names “CCG Boss,” “Ghoul Boss,” and “Bosses Fighting,” and says selecting a mission places a yellow marker at the target’s location. Follow the live marker rather than relying on a remembered route; labels and behavior may have changed since that guide was updated.
“Bosses Fighting” is described in that guide as an encounter where a boss from your faction helps you fight. Check the mission description in-game to confirm the current objective and who will be present.
Boss Raid NPC
The Boss Raid NPC is reported to be near the CCG Building. This is a distinct raid route, not an ordinary map spawn. Pro Game Guides’ April 2025 information says starting a raid costs 5,000 Yen, allows up to eight participants, and requires the initiating player to be max rank. Those are dated guide claims, not guaranteed current mechanics; check the NPC’s present requirements and cost before gathering a group.

Regular map spawns
Regular bosses are reported around the CCG Building and Anteiku, but the available guides do not establish fixed coordinates or current spawn timers. The May 20, 2026 PositionIsEverything guide gives broad landmark descriptions:
- Nishiki: city alleys and street corners.
- Touka: rooftops and areas near cafes.
- Yamori (Jason): construction, warehouse, or industrial areas.
- Amon and Juuzou: CCG-related or patrol areas.
- Tatara: Aogiri or industrial outskirts.
- Eto: late-game areas or rooftops.
- Arima: CCG areas.
These are search cues, not verified spawn points. Check nearby approaches around the named landmarks, and use a mission marker if one is available for your encounter.
