Pro Game Guides lists 11 Paranormal Activity locations across the Pale Heart in Destiny 2: The Transgression, The Blooming, The Impasse, The Lost City, The Lost City Outskirts, The Seclusion, The Landing, The Forgotten Deep, The Blooming Deep, The Divide, and The Refraction. The activity order can vary, so follow the Paranormal Activity marker currently visible on your map rather than expecting a fixed rotation. These activities take place in the Pale Heart, the destination within the Traveler associated with The Final Shape (Bungie; Bungie Help).
How to unlock and complete Paranormal Activities
Pro Game Guides says you must complete Micah-10’s repeatable Alone in the Dark quest to make a Paranormal Activity marker appear. The guide reports that 11 completions reveal all 11 activities; treat that count as the guide’s account, not an independently confirmed Bungie requirement. The marker order may differ between players, so use the location shown in your own map.

- Complete Alone in the Dark until a Paranormal Activity marker appears on the Pale Heart map.
- Travel to the marker and commune with the light to receive the Aura of Balance buff.
- Find the two Paracausal Geometries. Shoot the blue Light cube with a Light-damage weapon and the red or orange Darkness cube with a Darkness-damage weapon.
- Move to a nearby ledge, platform, or other vantage point if you cannot see both cubes from the commune point. The puzzle requires you to line up a clear view of both.

The Transgression
After communing, drop beneath the platform and enter the hallway. From there, the Light geometry is to the left and the Darkness geometry is to the right.
The Blooming
From the commune point, climb up and left along the path. The Light geometry is ahead. Look through the gap between a rock and the cliff to spot the Darkness geometry.
The Impasse
Commune at the platform, then find the climbable pillar near the Darkness cube. Climb to its top to line up both cubes.

The Lost City
Jump onto the roof across from the commune point and turn around. The Light geometry is on the roof; the Darkness geometry is to the right, behind a large supporting cable.

Head from the commune point toward the stairs and green door. From a position with a view through the door, look for the Light geometry; the Darkness geometry is beneath a nearby tree.
The Seclusion
The Light cube is on a platform to the left. Continue to the next platform to see the Darkness cube on the right, with the Light cube behind you.

The Landing
Climb the nearby arched tree root and reach the window ledge of a building. Look over the water to the left for the Light cube and beneath the waterfall to the right for the Darkness cube.
The Forgotten Deep
Jump onto the building across from the commune point and climb to a high vantage point. The Darkness geometry is just off the building; turn back to find the Light geometry over a canopy.

The Darkness geometry is next to the commune light. Move left to a ledge to see the Light geometry and get both cubes into view.

The Divide
Climb toward the ship-like wreck and reach its ledge. The Light geometry is below; turn back toward the structure to find the Darkness geometry inside it.
The Refraction
Follow the path on the left to a ledge. Look down and left through the trees for the Light geometry; the Darkness geometry is near the waterfall.
