Episode: Echoes had a 15-week Seasonal Challenge schedule, but the available week-by-week guide was published before every objective had been revealed. This is a historical checklist, not a live set of challenges: Bungie’s episode dates run from June 11 to October 8, 2024, and Echoes is now listed in the Destiny Content Vault. The guide below maps the published objectives by week and flags where its record was incomplete.
What to know before using this checklist
Christian Dawson’s Destructoid guide, published June 7, 2024, covers the challenge schedule across 15 weeks. It marked some future challenges as “Classified,” including entries in Weeks 3, 13, 14, and 15, so it is not a definitive record of every final objective. The week-by-week outline below preserves that limitation rather than filling gaps with guesses. Destructoid’s published challenge guide.

Episode: Echoes was planned in three acts. Bungie announced Act 2 for July 16, 2024, and Act 3 for August 27, 2024; each act added quest chains and activities. The episode has since ended, and Bungie’s current Destiny Content Vault page lists Echoes’ seasonal narrative and Arena: Breach Executable among vaulted content. This is a guide to the activity families and objectives in the June 7 publication, not a verified final in-game database. Where the guide showed an entry as Classified, the exact objective is not reproduced here.

Week 1
- Complete the Transmigration mission and receive the Echoes Seasonal Artifact.
- Defeat opponents with Supers, complete Wild Card, and raise Ghost reputation.
- Recover lost Ghosts, collect a Pale Heart feather, and complete Pale Heart Pathfinder paths.
- Defeat opponents with Void damage in Crucible.
Week 2
- Collect Pale Heart items and complete the Witness finale.
- Progress the opening step of A Rising Chorus and research Specimen NES001.
- Gain Failsafe reputation, collect Radiolite deposits, and open Echo Chests.
- Defeat enemies with Breach Executable weapons and collect Seasonal armor.
Weeks 3–4
- Continue A Rising Chorus and specimen research; at least one Week 3 entry was still Classified in the June 7 guide.
- Complete Breach Executable activity challenges and Expert runs, and focus armor with Failsafe.
- Complete Act I activity challenges and objectives involving Gambit, Vanguard, Lost Sectors, Nightfalls, or Crucible.
Weeks 5–6
- Complete Pale Heart Overthrow, chest, or Lost Sector objectives.
- Play Iron Banner and Crucible, score ability kills, and complete a co-op focused mission.
- Stun Champions and score weapon precision kills.
Weeks 7–9
- Progress Act II and NES004–NES006 research, and increase Failsafe rank.
- Collect Azure and Golden Radiolite, open Echo Chests, and complete Battlegrounds.
- Score sidearm and pulse-rifle kills, activate the Piston Hammer, and complete Expert Battlegrounds.
- Complete Failsafe bounties and Act II activity challenges.
Weeks 10–12
- Acquire a ritual weapon, play Crucible Competitive, and use artifact mods or ornaments.
- Complete playlist activities and destination objectives on the Cosmodrome and Moon.
- Complete weapon- and ability-kill objectives.
Weeks 13–15
- Progress Act III and NES007–NES009 research; collect Emerald, Violet, and Iridescent Radiolite.
- Complete destination activities on Europa and Neptune, plus Act III activity challenges.
- Earn commendations and complete Nightfall Champion objectives.
- Several entries in these weeks remained Classified in the June 7 guide; it does not establish their exact final wording.
How the Echoes challenge loop worked
The recurring Echoes objectives reflected the episode’s progression systems: quest steps, Failsafe research, Radiolite collection, Echo Chests, and seasonal activities. Bungie described Breach Executable as a three-player activity in which fireteams gather data from powerful enemies or objectives. Depositing that data let Failsafe research upgrades and grant temporary buffs. Echoes Battlegrounds continued the investigation of the Conductor and the Vex. Bungie’s Episode: Echoes overview.
Bungie described the Season Pass as starting with 100 ranks and gaining 50 ranks at each act release, for 200 unlocks and rewards across the episode. These are figures from Bungie’s 2024 announcement, not a current progression system; Echoes is vaulted now.

Can you complete these challenges now?
No—not as a current seasonal checklist. Bungie lists Echoes among the seasonal narratives moved to the Destiny Content Vault after Year 8 launched on July 15, 2025. Bungie’s policy says seasonal content remains available through the current expansion year and moves to the Vault when a new expansion launches; the Vault can allow content to return in the future. The old checklist is useful for reference, but the cited sources do not establish that its challenges or activities are currently accessible. Bungie’s Destiny Content Vault page.
