Shatterscarp’s Totem of Revelations has one core and six fragments. Find the Eyes of the Obscured core at the Shrine to Wael, then collect the Ruby, Amethyst, Sapphire, Emerald, Agate, and Topaz Eyes from locations across the region. The routes below give direct directions; the fragments are also associated with a side mission that begins when you pick up one.

Find the core and nearby Ruby Eye
Eyes of the Obscured core
Travel to the Shrine to Wael on the southwest side of Shatterscarp. Enter the shrine and take the core from the altar or pedestal. A walkthrough recommends approaching via the path on the shrine’s west side. Once collected, place the core at camp; this lets you use the fragments you find.
Ruby Eye
From the core, follow the path to the right and leave the cave. You will encounter the Ward of the Eye. The Ruby Eye is beside her, and the guide reports that you can pick it up without speaking to her.

Amethyst Eye: Scaedclef
Go to the Ancient Lakebed South Beacon, then search the small cave north of it in the Scaedclef area.
Sapphire Eye: Sand Sea Oasis
At Sand Sea Oasis, enter the water and dive to the bottom to find the Sapphire Eye.

Emerald Eye: unfinished statue
Start at Shark Teeth Party Camp and head southeast toward the unfinished statue. At the fork, take the right-hand path, then climb the scaffolding to reach the Emerald Eye at the top.
Agate Eye: Sand Sea Ruins
The main entrance to the ruins is barred. Instead, use the ladder on the left, pass through the hole, and continue through an opening into the interior hollow where the Agate Eye is located.

Topaz Eye: Leviathan’s Hollow
Swim beneath the giant skull and cross the water to the open area. Climb from the area by Kiri; the Topaz Eye is beside Manu’s badge. The walkthrough warns that enemies are numerous here, so prepare for combat before making the climb.
Starting the quest and using clues
Picking up any God Totem fragment in Shatterscarp starts the Totem of Revelations side mission. Cinzia, at her bar in Thirdborn, sells a list of fragment clues for 500 coins, as reported by Gamer Guides and RPG Site in 2025. The clues are hints, not map markers, so buying them is optional if you are following direct directions.

A third-party guide also reports an optional compass setting called “Compass – God Shrine Totem Pieces,” which is off by default and can help narrow down fragment areas: TheGamer’s totem guide. The setting’s behavior has not been established by official documentation here, so treat it as a convenience to check in your own game rather than a guaranteed marker. Return to camp to assemble and activate the pieces.

- Fickle Winds: Critical hits cause high random accumulation.
- Disappearing Trick: Casting Second Wind casts Shadowing Beyond.
- Magic in the Blood: Restoring Essence also restores some health.
- Sight Beyond Eyes: +5% Critical Hit Chance.
- Enigmatic Shield: Activating a level 15 or level 20 ability grants +5% Damage Reduction for 10 seconds.
- The Obscured’s Vantage: +2 Intellect and +2 Perception.
