The Totem of Revelations is found across Shatterscarp: its base is in the Shrine to Wael, and its six Eyes are scattered among the region’s ruins, caves, and oasis. You can collect the pieces in any order. Use the landmarks below to find each one, then assemble the totem at a party camp.
All seven Totem of Revelations locations
The Totem of Revelations is Wael’s god totem, also called the Eyes of the Obscured. The set consists of one base and six fragments, all in Shatterscarp. These directions follow the shared landmarks reported by PC Gamer and GameSpot; some local route details differ between their guides.

Find the base and Ruby Eye at the Shrine to Wael
Eyes of the Obscured base
Head to the Shrine to Wael in southwest Shatterscarp and look for a cave entrance along the shrine’s coastal or cliffside approach. Follow the tunnels to the large interior room and take the base from its pedestal or altar. PC Gamer’s route approaches from Eagle’s Reach, descends toward the Ancient Lakebed, then follows the coast and crosses a wooden bridge. GameSpot describes descending a rocky path above the ocean and circling behind the cliff to a cave with pink-flowing stone. Ruby Eye
Stay in the shrine complex and continue through its connected passages to the Ward of the Eye. PC Gamer directs players right from the pedestal and upward through tunnels; GameSpot describes following pink stones into a side passage from the altar. The accounts differ on the precise route, but both point to the Ward of the Eye in the shrine. Approach cooperatively to receive the Ruby Eye; GameSpot also reports that it can be picked up from the ground. (PC Gamer; GameSpot)

Find the Eyes in Shatterscarp’s ruins and wilderness
Topaz Eye: Leviathan’s Hollow
Search Leviathan’s Hollow in northern Shatterscarp. The fragment is on a table in an elevated chamber among the ruins. The guides describe different ways through the area: one uses a main chamber, pillar, wooden platforms, and stairs; the other enters the giant skull cave, crosses water, climbs scaffolding, and descends into the chamber. Follow the cave and ruin structures upward, then check the table in the upper room. (PC Gamer; GameSpot)
Sapphire Eye: Sand Sea Oasis
Dive into the pool at Sand Sea Oasis in eastern or southeastern Shatterscarp and search the bottom. The fragment is underwater; descriptions place it among rubble beneath a stone archway or beside a skeleton. PC Gamer also notes Tricker’s Gloves nearby, but the pool itself is the reliable target. Agate Eye: Sand Sea Ruins tower
In the Sand Sea Ruins, look in the tower structure in the ruins above the dungeon. Enter from the upper ruins, climb through the circular structure, then drop to a lower interior platform and follow the corridor to a table. The guides call the destination different floor levels, so use the tower, drop, corridor, and table as your cues rather than relying on a floor number. (PC Gamer; GameSpot)
Amethyst Eye: Ancient Lakebed
Look along the rocks beneath the path north from Thirdborn Oasis in the Ancient Lakebed, near graves and an NPC. PC Gamer suggests approaching from the Ancient Lakebed South Beacon and following the rock wall. GameSpot places the piece in the eastern lakebed beneath a cave formation. Check the rocky edge and ground below the path if the first approach does not reveal it. (PC Gamer; GameSpot)

Emerald Eye: Shark’s Teeth
Search the elevated structures close to the party camp at Shark’s Teeth in eastern Shatterscarp. Published descriptions disagree about the exact structure: PC Gamer points to a water tower reached by a ramp east of camp, while GameSpot describes a scaffolded statue. The community-maintained quest reference instead mentions an unfinished statue south of Ryngrim’s Domain. The optional clue page does not place markers on your map. GameSpot reports that the bartender’s brief hints identify the pieces without marking their locations. PC Gamer says the Dead Swordfish owner in Thirdborn sells the “Fragments of the Eyes” clue page for 500 coins. You can skip it and collect the pieces in any order.
