What Prime Gaming includes now
Amazon currently presents Prime gaming access through Luna, its gaming service. Its U.S. Games page describes the included selection as rotating rather than a permanent catalog: “Prime members get access to play a rotating selection of games, included with Prime.” Amazon Games’ U.S. hub is the place to see the current presentation.

Amazon’s Luna Terms say Luna Standard is a benefit for eligible Prime members under the Prime terms that apply to their account. The Luna Standard titles available are managed by Luna, so an included game can change. Luna Premium is separate: Amazon describes it as a paid subscription with an expanded library. Prime Gaming offers should not be treated as a promise that every item is a downloadable game. How to join Prime Gaming
- Sign in to Amazon. Use the account that has an eligible Prime membership or eligible Prime trial. If you have multiple Amazon accounts, confirm you are using the one with the membership.
- Open the official gaming experience. Visit the Prime Gaming page while signed in. The current service may direct you to Luna for included games.
- Choose an offer and inspect its details. Read the listing for its claim deadline, supported platform or service, redemption method, and any publisher-account or base-game requirements.
- Follow the instructions shown on that listing. Claim flows can differ. Complete the on-page steps rather than assuming every offer uses the same button or process.
- Check where the reward is delivered. Depending on the offer, it may be available through Luna, a game, or a publisher account. Confirm the correct account is linked and check the relevant destination for the item.
This is a general navigation pattern, not a guarantee of identical buttons or steps for every offer. Amazon’s live listing is authoritative for the offer currently displayed to your account.
Prime Gaming claims versus Luna streaming
These are related but distinct ways to use gaming benefits. Playing a Luna Standard title involves Luna’s service and compatible-device and territory requirements. Claiming publisher-provided content may instead involve a redemption code, a linked account, or another method specified on that reward’s listing. A reward claim does not by itself establish that a title can be streamed on every device or in every country.

Luna is available only in certain territories, and availability, content, and how a service is offered can vary by location and change over time. A compatible computer, streaming media player, smart TV, mobile device, or another supported device is required; check Amazon’s current Luna terms and requirements for your region before relying on access.
For a specific example—not a universal device rule—Amazon’s Fortnite Save the World listing identifies Luna Standard and Luna Premium, shows keyboard/mouse and controller inputs, and says the title is unavailable on smartphones and tablets. That limitation applies to this listing, not necessarily to every Luna game or Prime Gaming offer.

Do you need a gaming PC or console?
Not necessarily. Luna supports compatible devices that can include computers, streaming media players, smart TVs, and mobile devices, subject to current territory and compatibility requirements. A particular game can impose narrower device limits, as the Fortnite example shows. Prime Gaming’s publisher rewards may have separate platform conditions, so check the individual offer rather than assuming a console, gaming PC, controller, or other specific hardware is required to claim it.
A controller may be useful for a Luna game that supports controller input, but it is not a general requirement for claiming digital offers. Confirm input and device compatibility for the game and device you plan to use.

Do Prime Gaming games and rewards expire?
There is no single expiration rule to apply to every item. The included Luna selection rotates, while reward claim windows and post-claim access or redemption conditions can be offer-specific. Check the deadline and terms on the individual listing before claiming; do not assume that a claimed reward, code, or game remains available indefinitely.
Why an offer may not appear or work
- Wrong Amazon account: Verify that you are signed in to the account with the eligible Prime membership or trial.
- Territory or device mismatch: Check whether Luna and the particular title or reward are supported where you are and on your device.
- Offer no longer active: Look for the claim deadline on the listing; a rotating game selection or limited-time reward may have changed.
- Account-linking problem: Follow the offer’s publisher-linking directions and make sure the intended game account is connected.
- Missing prerequisite: Check for a base-game, platform, or other eligibility requirement stated by the offer.
- Unclear delivery location: Reopen the listing and follow its specific redemption instructions, then check the game or publisher account named there.
Can another household member use the benefit?
Amazon Family can share select Prime benefits with one other adult and eligible child or teen accounts under stated household conditions. That does not establish that gaming benefits are shared identically across every account arrangement. Check Amazon’s Prime benefit-sharing guidance and the signed-in gaming offer to confirm eligibility for the account that will use it.
