On PC, Among Us uses the arrow keys or WASD to move, E or Space to use, Q to kill when playing as an Impostor, and R to report a body. The mouse is also used for minigames and menus. These are PC keyboard-and-mouse controls, not a universal layout for consoles or mobile.

Move with arrow keys or WASD
Choose either the arrow keys or WASD to move. The official list presents them as alternative movement inputs, so use whichever arrangement feels comfortable.
Use E or Space for contextual interactions
E and Space are alternate keys for the listed “Use” action. Depending on your role and location, an on-screen prompt may offer an interaction such as using a task or another map feature. Examples players describe include vents, sabotage, ladders, or platforms, but exact availability and prompts can vary; follow the prompt shown in your game rather than treating every example as a universal key function.

Q is an Impostor action; R reports a body
Q is the kill control, but it is not a general action available to every player. Innersloth describes Impostors as able to kill crew, while Crewmates work on tasks and can report bodies. R is for reporting when a reportable body is present; it does not report without that condition. See Innersloth’s game overview for this role context.
Use the mouse for menus and minigames
Keyboard movement does not mean the mouse is unnecessary. Innersloth lists mouse input for minigames and menu interactions. The official wording does not establish that every task is exclusively mouse-operated.

Can you play with mouse-only controls?
Yes. Innersloth says the options menu includes a mouse-only option that mirrors mobile controls. The official listing does not provide a complete button-by-button map for that mode, so check the in-game options and prompts for the controls available in your version.

Do these controls work on every platform?
No. This is the PC keyboard-and-mouse list. Innersloth separately identifies Windows and cross-platform play with Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS; that does not mean the PC keys map directly to those devices.
