Where to find the Ancient Arrowhead map
Travel to the Writhing Ruins in the southwest part of Galawain’s Tusks. Loot the skeleton in the ruins’ Mater Mare bounty area to obtain the Ancient Arrowhead treasure map. PC Gamer and GameSpot both place the map there.

Where to find the treasure chest
Go to Warden’s Rest, near Salt Flat Farms, then look along the rocky ledge directly east of the building. Stay on the upper cliffside route: the nearby cave is not the way to the chest.
How to open the chest and get the reward
The chest is locked and requires three lockpicks. Inside, you’ll find Scout’s Reach, a unique trinket that grants +3 Perception. GameSpot also reports upgrade materials in the chest.
