The Animal Crossing release reported for November 2026 is Re-Ment’s Animal Crossing Happy Room 2, a licensed collection of six miniature character-and-room dioramas. It is merchandise, not a confirmed new mainline Animal Crossing video game. Re-Ment’s announcement was reported by Siliconera on July 9, 2026.
What is releasing in November 2026?
Animal Crossing Happy Room 2 is a set of small display dioramas. Each set includes one Animal Crossing character and at least two furniture pieces, and the figures and furnishings can be rearranged. The format is aimed at collectors and room-display fans rather than players looking for a new game.

The six Animal Crossing Happy Room 2 designs
| Character | Room or setting | What is confirmed |
|---|---|---|
| Tom Nook | Resident Services building | Character-and-room diorama with rearrangeable furniture |
| Blathers | Museum | Character-and-room diorama with rearrangeable furniture |
| Mable | Able Sisters’ shop | Character-and-room diorama with rearrangeable furniture |
| Shino | Japanese-style room | Character-and-room diorama with rearrangeable furniture |
| Dom | Backyard-themed room | Character-and-room diorama with rearrangeable furniture |
| Bunnie | Casual room | Character-and-room diorama with rearrangeable furniture |
The six designs cover recognizable public buildings as well as home-style scenes. Because the pieces can be moved, owners can display each character in its intended setting or create their own arrangement.

Price, box contents and buying considerations
Siliconera reports a Japanese price of 1,500 yen before tax per set. A complete box is reported to guarantee all six designs. That guarantee makes a full box the straightforward option for collectors who want the entire series, while individual sets make more sense when one particular character or room is the priority.
- Individual set: 1,500 yen before Japanese consumption tax, according to the 2026 report.
- Complete box: Reported to contain all six options.
- Furniture: Each diorama includes at least two pieces that can be rearranged.
- Randomization: The available information does not establish whether individual packs are randomized in every market, so buyers should check the packaging or retailer description for their region.
When will the figures be available outside Japan?
Japan is the only market with a reported November 2026 launch window. The announcement coverage expects the sets to appear at worldwide retailers, including large online marketplaces, after the Japanese release. No confirmed international date, regional price or verified Amazon listing and ASIN has been reported yet.

For an overseas purchase, check three details before ordering: whether the listing identifies the official Happy Room 2 series, whether the seller specifies a complete box or an individual set, and whether the import price includes tax and shipping. A live listing is not confirmation of a global release date unless the retailer provides a firm dispatch date.
Is Animal Crossing getting a new game in November 2026?
There is no confirmed new mainline Animal Crossing game tied to this November window. Happy Room 2 is licensed physical merchandise from Re-Ment. Confusing the collectible announcement with a software announcement can lead to incorrect expectations about platforms, gameplay or a Nintendo release date.

Nintendo’s Australian newsroom separately announced that the Animal Crossing: New Horizons experience will return to SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium and SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium for a second year in 2026. That is a live-event promotion, not a new game. Nintendo’s Switch 2 lineup also identifies Animal Crossing: New Horizons – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition as a physical and digital release dated January 15, 2026; it is separate from the November Re-Ment collection. Nintendo notes that release and distribution dates on its Switch 2 games page can change.

Happy Room 2 is most relevant to Animal Crossing collectors, fans of miniature interiors and people who want compact desk or shelf displays. The character selection mixes shop and museum staff—Tom Nook, Blathers and Mable—with villagers in more domestic settings. That gives a complete box visual variety without requiring a large display case.

- Take in-game photos of your designs and add them to your portfolio. Show them to other characters and you may get more requests to create vacation homes. Share the photos with other players using the in-game Showroom in the Happy Home Network app and they can tour your personally-designed resort islands or go tour theirs for some relaxation and inspiration.
- Purchase the Animal Crossing: New Horizons – Happy Home Paradise DLC from Nintendo eShop, or download and play it as part of an active Nintendo Switch Online plus Expansion Pack membership at no extra cost.
Choose individual sets if you mainly want one character or one room theme and can confirm the package contents. Choose the full box if owning all six is the goal and the reported guarantee is available through the retailer you use. International buyers should wait for a listing that states shipping destination, currency, taxes and whether the box guarantee applies.
