There is no permanent or official list of Animal Crossing: New Horizons Treasure Island codes for October 2026. Each Dodo Code is a temporary, five-digit code created by a player host, so a code found in an older post may already be closed or full. To visit, find a freshly dated community listing or livestream that says its gate is open, then enter the code through Dodo Airlines while your Nintendo Switch Online membership is active.
What Treasure Island codes are
“Treasure Islands” are unofficial community islands stocked with items such as resources, furniture, clothing or other in-game content. Hosts open their gates and generate a Dodo Code for visitors. The code belongs to that particular online session; it is not a permanent island address or a Nintendo-maintained directory entry.

Because the host can close the gate, end the session or reach a visitor limit, an October 2026 code can stop working at any time. A correctly typed code may therefore return an error simply because the session has ended.

How to enter a Treasure Island Dodo Code
You need Animal Crossing: New Horizons on a Nintendo Switch-family console, an internet connection and Nintendo Switch Online for an internet visit. Local wireless is a separate mode for nearby consoles and does not use an internet Dodo Code.

- Select I wanna fly.
- Choose Via online play.
- Select Search via Dodo Code.
- Enter the host’s five-digit code and confirm the island name before travelling.
- Follow the host’s instructions after you arrive, including any queue or item rules.
If the airport reports that no island can be found, check each digit, confirm that the host still says the gate is open, and try again quickly. If the code is correct but the session ended or the island is full, only the host can issue a new invitation.
How to leave safely
Return to the airport when you are finished and choose I want to go home. Leaving through the airport gives the host and other visitors a normal departure and helps avoid disrupting active transfers. Follow any additional instructions from the host before departing.
Safety and etiquette
- Never give a host your Nintendo Account password, recovery code, payment information or remote access to your console.
- Do not install software or open links offered as a condition of receiving a Dodo Code.
- Read the island’s rules before taking items or moving around. Some hosts limit the number of items, tools or visitors.
- Be respectful in chat and queues. A closed gate or full island is not evidence that your console is malfunctioning.
- Use the airport’s normal departure command instead of forcing a disconnect.
Treasure Island visits are community activity, not an official Nintendo service. Nintendo Switch Online enables the online connection, but it does not verify the host, the island’s contents or the safety of a third-party listing.

- A digit was mistyped: Re-enter the five-digit code exactly as posted.
There is no single “newest” master code for October 2026. The reliable approach is to use a current host announcement, verify its gate status and enter the code while the session is active.
