Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →In ARC Raiders, the best loot to scavenge depends on what you need next and whether you can extract it safely. Prioritize new blueprints, active-quest items, and components for workshop upgrades; then weigh ammo, healing, and sellable valuables against their space and the risk of carrying them out. “Always scavenge” is a priority rule, not a reason to detour into a dangerous fight.
10 scavenging priorities
-
Unlearned blueprints
A blueprint unlocks a recipe permanently, but you must extract it before you can use it. Once back in Speranza, consume it to add the recipe at the relevant station. Check whether you already know the recipe, and give an unlearned blueprint priority if you can carry it out safely. See the workshop reference.

Items for an active quest
Keep items currently requested by a quest until its objective is complete. An item’s quest value can outweigh its general value as a crafting material or sale. Check the active objective rather than relying on a fixed list of items for every stage of the game.

ARC Powercells
These are listed as rare materials used for advanced equipment. The community workshop listing requires five ARC Powercells for Refiner level one, making them especially useful if you still plan to build that upgrade. Requirements may differ for other stations and levels. See the workshop listing and resources and loot guide.
-
Gun Parts
Loose Gun Parts are identified as useful for weapon repairs and upgrades. They may be a more space-efficient choice than carrying a damaged weapon solely to recycle it. Check the current in-game item description before relying on a specific component yield; the detailed yield claims in community guides are not official developer data.
-
Duct Tape
Duct Tape is a practical pickup when you are repairing gear or need it for basic crafting. Its priority rises when you are actively using those recipes; it need not outrank a quest item or a component that completes a planned workshop upgrade. Exact consumption rates reported in guides are not official developer figures.

Components for a workshop upgrade you intend to build
Prioritize components that complete a specific station upgrade, rather than collecting every named drop indiscriminately. Community workshop listings include ARC Alloy for station builds and later-level requirements such as Wasp Driver, Hornet Driver, and Bastion Cell. Check the station and level you are targeting in the workshop listing; needs vary.

Common materials you currently lack
Scrap metal, wires, batteries, and mechanical or electrical components can support crafting and upgrades. Pick up what a planned recipe or station actually needs instead of filling your inventory with every common stack. The resources and loot guide lists material categories and uses.

-
Ammunition for your equipped weapons
Ammo that matches your current loadout can be worth more than another piece of loot if running dry would leave you unable to fight. Treat it as a raid-specific survival choice: ammunition for a weapon you are not carrying is less useful than progression loot you can safely extract.
-
Healing supplies suited to your loadout
Bandages, medkits, and other medical supplies can help keep a run going and reduce the need to craft replacements. Carry the amount you expect to use, while reserving space for quest or progression items.
-
High-value trinkets
Items such as Lance’s Mixtape and Snow Globes are recommended as sources of Coins rather than crafting materials. Sell them when currency is more useful than keeping them; retain collectibles if they serve a collection goal. Their value is primarily conversion to currency. See the Game Truth loot-priority guide.

How to decide what to carry
When two items compete for limited space, compare their progression value, immediate usefulness to your loadout, sale or recycling value, inventory cost, and the chance of extracting safely with them. A needed blueprint or upgrade component may justify a route change; ordinary loot rarely justifies a dangerous detour or fight.
Best Value
- Experience an epic, historical action adventure in feudal Japan and become a deadly Shinobi assassin and a powerful legendary samurai as you explore a beautiful open game world in chaotic times
- Sneak as a Naoe to not be discovered, use your agility to confuse your opponents and stretch down your opponents with deadly precision and power as a Yasuke
- Use information as weapons and build your own spy network to have eyes and ears everywhere and find your targets easier and recruit new allies on the go with unique skills to help you with your missions
- Create a fully customizable hideaway for your growing Shinobi league, where you train recruits, craft new equipment and interact with important characters; set the room layout, decoration and accessories yourself
- Keep: Items needed for an active quest, an unlearned blueprint, or a workshop upgrade you intend to build.
- Take if useful now: Ammo for your equipped weapons, healing supplies you expect to use, and materials required for a planned recipe.
- Sell or recycle only after checking: Items whose use is unclear. A seemingly disposable item may be needed later, so inspect its tooltip or consult a current item reference first.
Loot can serve several purposes at once, so don’t judge an item only by its sale value. The ARC Raiders Hub loot reference outlines item uses and cautions against disposing of materials without checking their purpose.
Where to recycle—and why extraction matters
The ARC Raiders Hub loot reference says recycling takes place in Speranza and returns the usual component amount, while salvaging topside yields fewer or lower-quality components. Its resources guide gives a comparison of 100% material return in the hub versus 50% during a raid. Those figures are community-guide claims, not a developer guarantee; verify current item descriptions in the game, since updates may change mechanics.
As Game Truth guide author Anika Sørensen put it, “Loot matters, but extracting matters more.” That is a guide author’s advice, not a developer statement. The guide was updated April 3, 2026.
How to use item guides without overcommitting
The ARC Raiders Hub pages describe themselves as community-based references, not official developer guarantees. Use their tables to identify possible uses and requirements, then confirm volatile details—especially workshop needs and item descriptions—in your current game client. No authoritative developer-published player statistic or named external study establishes one universal scavenging priority for all players.
