Where to look for the Snap Hook blueprint
The blueprint table lists Snap Hook as scavengable during an Electromagnetic Storm, with containers listed as “Anywhere.” It also lists a trophy-only trial reward and no quest reward. These entries are for the Snap Hook blueprint, not a confirmed Grappling Hook blueprint location. See the blueprint table.

How to use a blueprint after finding it
- Extract from the raid while carrying the blueprint. The workshop reference says it must be extracted before it can be used.
- Return to Speranza and consume the blueprint. This adds its recipe to the relevant crafting station.
- For Snap Hook, use the level 3 Utility Bench and gather the listed ingredients.
