To complete Keeping The Memory in ARC Raiders, travel to the Wreckage in Formicai Hills on Dam Battlegrounds, collect the helmet from a small plant beside the destroyed Baron, then place it at the nearby memorial pole. Complete all three steps in one raid; extraction is not required for the quest to finish.
Where to find the Wreckage
Take the Dam Battlegrounds map and head to the Wreckage in the southern part of the map. The location is between Scrap Yard and Testing Annex, which are useful reference points if you are having trouble spotting the POI. This route is described by GameSpot and Prima Games.

At the Wreckage, look for the large destroyed Baron machine. The helmet is not inside the machine: check the small bush or plant just outside it, near the bottom of the POI. Interact with the vegetation to pick up the helmet.
How to place the helmet at the memorial
After collecting the helmet, find the memorial pole nearby. Approach it until the helmet interaction prompt appears, then interact to return the helmet and complete the objective.

Complete the quest in one raid
The quest lists its three objectives as “In One Round,” so collect the helmet and place it at the memorial in the same raid. GameSpot reports that extraction is not needed for completion; you can leave afterward if you choose.
