How to get the Spaceport Warehouse Key
The key has no fixed warehouse pickup point in the community location guide. It describes the key as random container loot that can drop on any map during a raid, and the ARC Raiders Wiki classifies it as uncommon. Neither source provides spawn odds or guarantees a drop at a particular location.
The guide recommends searching small containers that can be opened, such as desk and bedside drawers, filing cabinets, lockers, and toolboxes. It says ammo cases and heavy industrial crates do not roll keys. Residential interiors are suggested search areas, with Ruby Residence and the Research and Administration Building on Dam Battlegrounds named as spots players commonly report. Treat those as leads rather than confirmed spawn points.

How to reach the second floor
Northeastern stairs
The location guide recommends the northeastern stairs as the quicker, simpler route. From the upper floor, follow the corridor to the north-side locked door.
Southwestern zipline
The southwestern zipline also reaches the upper level, but the guide describes it as slower and says the ride leaves you exposed. Choose it only if it suits your approach to the building and the conditions in the raid.

What is inside the locked room?
The community guide reports about four valuables lockers, drawers, a weapon case, a Security Breach locker, an ammo case, a valuables bag, and a computer cabinet. It says the room’s loot rolls fresh each raid, so those contents are not guaranteed.
The same guide reports a full-clear value of roughly 40,000–50,000 coins. That is an unverified community estimate: the page gives no sample, named researcher, or reproducible method. Do not treat it as a guaranteed payout or fixed profit.

Key use and raid mechanics
The guide says the key is consumed when the door opens and may be lost on death unless placed in the Safe Pocket. It also says the room resets between raids. These mechanics can change with updates, so check them in your current game build before relying on them.
