Major Aiva’s Mementos are in a box on a desk inside the leftmost apartment building at Ruby Residence, in the northwest of Dam Battlegrounds. Find the box upstairs, take the mementos, extract with them, and deliver them to Tian Wen to complete The Major’s Footlocker.
Where to find Major Aiva’s Mementos
The quest sends you to the apartments northwest of The Dam. The location is Ruby Residence, in the northwest of Dam Battlegrounds. Enter the leftmost apartment building, climb two flights of stairs, then follow the rooms to the dead end beside a window. The mementos are in a box on a desk there. GameSpot’s walkthrough and the ARC Raiders Wiki quest entry identify the location and route.
- Travel to Ruby Residence in the northwest of Dam Battlegrounds.
- Enter the leftmost apartment building and go up two flights of stairs.
- Follow the rooms to the dead end by the window and look for the box on the desk.
- Interact with the box and take Major Aiva’s Mementos.
How to finish The Major’s Footlocker
After collecting the mementos, extract from the raid with the quest item, then deliver it to Tian Wen. The quest wiki lists it as following A Symbol of Unification and labels the objectives “IN ONE ROUND”; check the current in-game quest text in case an update changes those requirements. The listed reward is one Hullcracker Blueprint. The ARC Raiders Wiki provides the quest sequence, objectives, and reward.
A safe-pocket augment is an optional in-game way to protect the item if you die during the run. It does not remove the need to complete the delivery objective.

Which extraction should you use?
GameSpot identifies the North Complex Elevator, east of Ruby Residence, and the Central Swamp Lift to the south as nearby extraction choices. Its guide considers the North Complex Elevator likely safer because the Central Swamp Lift may be busy. That is situational advice, not a fixed safety ranking: player traffic and conditions can vary from raid to raid. Choose based on the route available and what you encounter in your run.
