Arcade Paradise and Maid of Sker are not currently claimable through the Epic Games Store promotion mentioned in this headline. The pair was associated with a reported July 2024 giveaway; for October 1–8, 2026, current-week coverage instead lists BURIED STARS and System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster.
Are Arcade Paradise and Maid of Sker free on Epic right now?
No. Their reported Epic giveaway has expired, so it cannot now be used to add either game to a library. Epic says free promotions run for a limited period and a game must be claimed during the indicated window. See Epic’s free-game support guidance.

For the current week, October 1–8, 2026, TechWiser and PC Gamer report that the free games are BURIED STARS and System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster. Those titles are the current-week offer, not a continuation of the Arcade Paradise and Maid of Sker promotion.
When were Arcade Paradise and Maid of Sker offered?
Contemporaneous community listings associate the two games with an Epic giveaway in July 2024. An official Epic announcement confirming that exact pair and its offer window was not located, so the July 2024 timing should be understood as secondary-source reporting rather than an independently verified Epic schedule. Community listings place the offer in that month; Epic’s 2024 Summer Sale announcement confirms that the sale began July 18, but does not confirm the giveaway pair or its end date.
