Operation Motherland collectibles have been reported missing or not registering, but available evidence does not confirm that any specific item is still bugged across current platforms and saves. Check the exact collectible’s mission requirements and location first; a past player report is not proof that the item is unobtainable in your game.
What players have reported
Community posts describe Operation Motherland collectibles that did not appear or were not recorded. One player said about six collectibles were missing after completing Conquest mode; that is an individual account, not a verified count or evidence of how often the issue occurs. Could the collectible be gated by progress?
Before treating an item as bugged, check whether its associated mission or another progression condition must be completed. A community discussion about a different Breakpoint collectible notes that some items may have mission prerequisites; it does not establish the requirements for every Motherland collectible. How to narrow down what is happening
Record the details below before drawing a conclusion or contacting support. They help distinguish a progression gate from a display or save-specific problem.
- Exact collectible: Note its in-game name and location, including whether it is one of the reported examples above.
- Progression: Identify the mission and Conquest objectives completed, and check the item’s prerequisite.
- Platform and version: Note where you play and the game version shown on your system.
- Observed symptom: State whether the object is absent, the interaction is unavailable, or the item appears collected but is not recorded in the UI.
These distinctions matter: an absent object, an unavailable interaction, and a collection entry that fails to update are different symptoms. The reports available do not validate resetting progress, replaying missions, or any other proposed workaround as a reliable fix.

Does Ubisoft confirm that it has been fixed?
Ubisoft’s April 9, 2021 roadmap described planned quality-of-life and technical improvements through two major title updates that year, but it did not identify a fix for the reported Motherland collectibles. What “still bugged” means in practice
The reports show that players have encountered missing or unregistered collectibles, but they do not establish current prevalence, a platform-wide problem, or a confirmed fix. Whether a particular item is bugged remains specific to its requirements, platform, game version, and save unless a current reproduction or Ubisoft support response confirms the cause.
