Yes. Jagex allows you to create as many Old School RuneScape (OSRS) accounts as you like, and you can log into two at once, including to trade between them. Each account must be used only by the person who created it, and you must not use multiple accounts to gain an unfair gameplay advantage.
What Jagex allows
Jagex’s official rules apply to both RuneScape and Old School RuneScape. The rules say you may have as many game accounts as you like, provided each is used only by its creator. What you must not do
- Share, lend, buy, or sell an account. Accounts are personal to the people who created them; having your own extra account is different from letting someone else use it.
- Use multiple logins to rig gameplay. Jagex prohibits multi-logged accounts from interacting to gain an unfair advantage, and gives rigging the result of a minigame as an example.
- Use accounts involved in rule-breaking activity. Jagex says that if any account receives items or wealth through activity such as macro use or real-world trading, all of your accounts may be banned. This is a possible consequence, not an automatic one.
Trading between your own accounts
Trading items or wealth between your own accounts is allowed. Jagex recommends using the in-game trade system and warns that drop, death, and trust trades carry risk. Using two accounts to trade does not make account sharing or unfair gameplay manipulation permissible.
