How Stock Redistribution works
The system runs as a loop: outposts request goods, successful deliveries earn regional bills, and Stock Redistribution sites let you spend those bills on items. The official tutorial describes using Valley Stock Bills at Valley IV Stock Redistribution sites to purchase items at higher discounts (official tutorial).

- Check outpost demand. Outposts request goods for trade and generate bills over time. Their prosperity affects both the quality of goods they demand and the payment for successful trades (outpost guide).
- Trade requested goods. Use the outposts’ demand and payment as your guide to earning the bills for that region.
- Spend bills at the matching regional site. Valley Stock Bills are for Valley IV Stock Redistribution; do not assume bills from one region work in another.
- Expand purchase options. Add or upgrade Stock Redistributors to open further item-purchase privileges.
How to unlock Stock Redistribution
Game8 reports that the feature becomes available at Authority Level 15 after the introductory “Restart Area Stock Redistribution I” quest. Its walkthrough says Baker calls, then directs players to speak with Lucky Carrot near The Hub. These are guide-reported requirements, not a guarantee for every live build; check your mission log for the current objective and prerequisites (Game8’s Stock Redistribution guide, updated January 30, 2026).
What Stock Redistributor upgrades do
Adding or upgrading Stock Redistributors opens additional item-purchase privileges at the site. The exact items and benefits available depend on the current in-game shop, so inspect the privilege list before spending bills.

Game8 lists these costs for the Stock Redistribution terminal at The Hub: 500 Valley Stock for level 0–1 and 4,500 Valley Stock for level 1–2. Treat these as guide-reported costs, not fixed current prices; confirm the cost and newly available privileges at the terminal before committing your bills (Game8).
