Looking for the Wuling characters in Arknights: Endfield? The official update notices identify seven operators introduced across the Wuling update sequence: Tangtang, Rossi, Zhuang Fangyi, Mi Fu, Camille, Arcane, and Liino. Lifeng is also Wuling-associated: his official operator demo calls him “Lifeng of Wuling.” This is a confirmed operator list based on official announcements, not a complete directory of Wuling residents, story characters, or NPCs.
Confirmed Wuling-related operators
The update notices tie the first seven operators below to releases that introduced named Wuling areas. Lifeng is listed separately because the direct regional wording comes from his operator demo rather than a Wuling update roster.
| Operator | Officially stated connection | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Tangtang | Announced as a new 6-star operator in the update that added Wuling – Qingbo Stockade. | Official update notice |
| Rossi | Announced as a new 6-star operator in the same Qingbo Stockade update. | Official update notice |
| Zhuang Fangyi | Announced as a new 6-star operator in the update that added Wuling – Marker Stone and Wuling – Test Area. | Official update notice |
| Mi Fu | Announced as a new 6-star operator in the update that added Wuling – Sword Vault Dale. | Official update notice |
| Camille | Announced alongside Mi Fu as a new 6-star operator in the Sword Vault Dale update. | Official update notice |
| Arcane | Announced as a new 6-star operator in the Homecoming update, which added Yinglung Pass and the North Wuling Exclusion Zone. | Official update notice |
| Liino | Announced as a new 6-star operator in the Homecoming update. That notice associates Liino’s release with the version but does not provide a standalone biography or explicit birthplace. | Official update notice |
| Lifeng | The official operator combat demo description says, “Lifeng of Wuling, ready to fight!” This supports including him as Wuling-associated, but it is a character-demo description, not a regional roster entry. | Official operator combat demo description, January 17, 2026 |
How to interpret the list
Update association is not a full biography
An operator announced alongside a Wuling area is a strong official link to that update sequence. The notices establish the operators named above and their release context, but they do not consistently describe each character’s birthplace, background, or full relationship to Wuling.
A banner pool does not establish regional origin
Version notices may name other operators who can appear in the same headhunting pools. That is evidence of banner availability, not proof that those operators are from Wuling. Names such as Yvonne, Ember, Ardelia, Last Rite, and Pogranichnik should not be added to a Wuling-origin list on banner presence alone.
This is not an NPC-inclusive directory
The official notices reviewed do not provide one complete index of Wuling characters. They do not establish every resident, NPC, or character mentioned in the story, so the names here should be read as operators explicitly announced in the Wuling update sequence, plus the separately sourced Lifeng entry.

What the latest official notice says
The latest reviewed official notice is the [Sanctuary of Ink] Version DEV Comm, dated October 7, 2026. It schedules the version and Steam release for October 15, 2026, and says cross-platform account synchronization is supported. The notice does not announce another Wuling operator. Because October 15 is a scheduled future date in that announcement, it should not be treated as confirmation that the release has already happened.
Operator announcements and version schedules can change. For additions to this list, look for a newer official operator announcement or update notice that explicitly establishes the Wuling connection.
