If you bought an item but cannot find it, check Inventory and make sure you are using the Ubisoft account and save file tied to the purchase. Ubisoft has documented a past shop-interaction bug, but its support guidance does not identify a current universal cause or guaranteed fix for an empty shop.
First, identify what is missing
Reda’s shop is in Ravensthorpe and exchanges Opals for rewards such as gear and weapons. A blank stock list, an item that is simply not in the current rotation, a shop that will not respond to input, and a purchased reward that is hard to locate are different problems. Try the relevant checks below rather than treating them as one issue.
If the shop has no stock or an item is absent
Check your online connection
Ubisoft says Opals appear on the in-game map when you are playing online with an active internet connection. That makes online status a sensible first check if the shop looks stale, but Ubisoft does not say that connectivity explains every empty shop display. See Ubisoft’s Opals guidance.
Use the shop’s countdown
Check the countdown shown in the shop and return when it indicates the stock refreshes. A third-party guide describes daily and weekly rotations, but Ubisoft’s support guidance does not establish an official reset time. An item missing from today’s stock may therefore be a rotation issue rather than a failed purchase or shop error. See Hold To Reset’s Reda’s Shop guide for its secondary description of rotations.

Restart only as a low-risk check
If the display still seems stale, close and relaunch the game, then check again after the countdown’s next refresh. Players have reported trying restarts and synchronization-related workarounds, but those reports do not establish a reliable fix. There is no verified basis here for promising that a restart, cache clearing, or reinstall will resolve the issue.
If the shop appears but you cannot select items
Check whether a navigation or accessibility setting, including Focused Navigation, is affecting input. Ubisoft’s Title Update 1.1.2 notes say Ubisoft addressed an issue that prevented interaction with Reda’s shop items when Focused Navigation was enabled. This is a historically documented interaction bug; it does not establish the cause of a currently empty stock list.

If you bought an item but cannot find it
Look in Inventory rather than the shop. Ubisoft directs players there to check acquired gear, Opals, runes, and weapons. Also verify that you are on the Ubisoft account and save file associated with the purchase: Ubisoft says Opals and gear bought with them are linked to the Ubisoft account, and collected items will not be available on a different save file. If the item is content that has not appeared in-game, Ubisoft says most content becomes available after completing “Family Matters” and speaking with Gunnar in Ravensthorpe; it also advises checking that the content is installed on the platform. If the shop remains empty or unusable after these checks, contact Ubisoft Support. Include your platform, game version, Ubisoft account context, a screenshot or video of the problem, and the steps you have already tried. The available official guidance does not confirm a current universal outage or repair, so these details will help support assess your specific case.
