Find the Church Cellar Key in Medical at the Interchange, use it to meet Holder beneath St. Katherine’s Church, and retrieve Sample One from lower Medical with his keycard. His ending route later involves Poisoned Sample One and Oberon’s fire safety system.

Find the Church Cellar Key in Medical
- Enter the Interchange through the Slatten Dale entrance and power Data Store C to reach Medical.
- In Medical, look for a nook with a light. Collect the Church Cellar Key and the recording log there.
Meet Dr. Holder at St. Katherine’s Church
Travel to St. Katherine’s Church in Wyndham Village and use the Church Cellar Key on the basement door. Speak with Holder below the church to begin his lead. Pick up the injection sample needle from his desk if you want the Infection resistance it provides.
Complete “Holder Wants Sample One”
- Return to Medical at the Interchange. Use Holder’s keycard to open the door to the lower level.
- Use the nearby decontamination control to clear the poisonous gas, restore systems power, and release the lockdown.
- Search the operating theatre area for the Sample One canister.
- Return the canister to Holder.
Infection hazards make the lower level dangerous. Move through it quickly or use Strange Tonic to help manage the risk.

Continue Holder’s ending route
Delivering Sample One is the initial objective; the poisoned-sample sequence is later ending progression. As Holder’s route advances, obtain Poisoned Sample One, then take it to Oberon’s dig site:
- Activate both fire safety valves.
- Put Poisoned Sample One into the fluid intake.
- Pull the fire safety system lever.
- Return to Medical through the Slatten Dale Interchange entrance and leave with Holder.
Spoiler warning: the choice involving Garrow
If you have freed Garrow, telling Holder where she is leads to him killing her. Speak with Holder afterward to get Poisoned Sample One and continue his ending route. If you do not want that outcome, do not reveal her location.
