On PS4 and PS5, Barticle’s GameFAQs list contains 36 base-game trophies, nine for Wicked Isle, nine for The Red Strain, and the Platinum: 55 trophies when the Platinum is included. Steam’s official listing reports 54 Steam Achievements. These are separate platform counts, not a single cross-platform total.

What “complete” means in Atomfall
You can pursue the base game alone or include both story expansions. The PS4/PS5 list covers the base game and the two DLC trophy sets; Steam’s store page gives its achievement count separately. Neither count should be treated as proof that another platform uses the same list or counting convention.

Plan your run before major choices
Use saves to cover endings
Atomfall has six character-ending trophies in the guide’s base-game route. The GameFAQs guide says its planned save-and-reload approach can cover the original ending trophies in two playthroughs. Branching decisions and certain events can make endings unavailable, so keep a separate backup save before irreversible story choices and before committing to a character outcome. Do not assume every route can be reached from one save.
The guide identifies The Voice on the Telephone as the ending without mandatory missions and suggests leaving it for the quicker second playthrough. Treat this as a route recommendation, not a guarantee that your choices will match the guide’s route exactly.

Check missables separately from hidden trophies
The GameFAQs list marks 23 trophies as hidden; hidden status conceals the description and does not itself mean a trophy is missable. A PlayStationTrophies result reports seven missables. Before a major decision, check the requirement for any trophy tied to the relevant character or quest; the search-result missable count is not a substitute for those individual requirements.
Difficulty and playstyle
The GameFAQs guide reports that trophies are not difficulty-dependent and that Playstyle can be changed. These are guide-reported details rather than independently tested findings, so consult the in-game options and current trophy requirements if your run depends on them.

One reported missable route: Emergency Extraction
PlayStationTrophies’ search result reports a Joyce Tanner route for Emergency Extraction. It is strongly spoiler-heavy and source-reported; the underlying page details were not accessible for verification. The reported sequence is:
- Speak with Joyce after restoring the Interchange.
- Restore the three radio towers and return to her.
- Power the Oberon drill using two atomic batteries.
- Use the sample extractor and collect the sample.
- Rearm the explosives and activate self-destruct.
- Retrieve Joyce’s audio log in Data Store Charlie.
- Deliver the sample and escape with Joyce.
Because this route depends on a series of story and objective steps, keep a backup save before progressing through the relevant events and check the individual trophy requirement before locking in a decision.
How long does 100% completion take?
Danny DeVito’s Steam Community guide, updated May 2026, estimates 30–40 hours for its DLC-inclusive completion route and at least two playthroughs when making backup saves for endings. This is one community author’s estimate, not an official time or a promise; exploration pace, missed objectives, and route choices can change the total.
