Obsidian’s Patch 2.0 announcement adds the quarterstaff as a weapon type and says unique weapons and armor carry into New Game Plus at level 1. It does not establish that any quarterstaff is unique or identify a quarterstaff location.

How to use weapon maps and older lists
The Hidden Gaming Lair’s weapon map reports 202 known weapons across 18 maps, with a last-updated date of August 29, 2026. That count covers all weapons, not confirmed unique weapons alone, so it cannot be used as the total unique-weapon count. [The Hidden Gaming Lair]
Older regional lists can still point to acquisition types or possible item leads, but they should not be treated as complete after Patch 1.5 unless their entries have been checked against the updated game.
