Players have noted that the Enforcer’s 129/471/71 values do not follow the round-number pattern common on many other armor sets. Treat them as the set’s listed stats rather than evidence of a known design rationale.
How the Enforcer compares with standard medium armor
The cited standard medium example, B-01 Tactical, lists 100 armor rating, 500 speed, and 100 stamina. Compared with those figures, the Enforcer trades lower speed and stamina for a higher listed armor rating, then adds Fortified’s explosive resistance and conditional recoil reduction. That tradeoff may suit a player who expects explosive damage or often fires from a crouched or prone position. Players prioritizing movement and stamina may prefer a faster, more stamina-focused option. These are comparisons of listed stats and effects—not controlled performance results or a universal ranking. Which matters more depends on your loadout, play style, and mission.
