In Baldur’s Gate 3, Astarion is voiced by Neil Newbon, Shadowheart by Jennifer English, and Lae’zel by Devora Wilde. The main cast also includes the other Origin companions, several recruitable companions, the narrator, and the game’s headline antagonists. The list below follows Larian Studios’ official full-cast credits; it is a guide to principal roles, not every named character in the game.
Origin companions and the player character
Larian describes Baldur’s Gate 3 as having seven Origin heroes. Six are authored companions with named performer credits; the seventh is the player-created protagonist, so there is no single actor who voices that character in every playthrough.

What “every main character” means here
Baldur’s Gate 3 has a much larger supporting cast than any short list of principal characters can capture. This guide groups the seven Origin heroes, notable recruitable or returning companions, the narrator, and three major antagonists. It does not claim to list every named NPC or voice actor; consult Larian’s full credits for the wider ensemble.
