You cannot connect to EA online at all
- Confirm Xbox online-play access. Check for Xbox service updates and make sure your account has an active subscription if one is required for online multiplayer access.
- Restart the Xbox. A restart can clear the console’s cache and is among EA’s general connection troubleshooting steps.
- Restart your router. Power it off, unplug it for about a minute, reconnect it, and then try Battlefield 1 again.
