Battlefield 6’s platform achievements and trophies are separate from its in-game multiplayer challenges. For challenges, the best route is to check your active assignments, choose a mode that advances them together, and use the class and tactics suited to each task. A complete, current achievement and trophy checklist could not be verified, so this guide does not present an unconfirmed total as universal.
Achievements and trophies are not the same as challenges
Achievements on Xbox and trophies on PlayStation are platform-level milestones. Multiplayer challenges are assignments tracked inside Battlefield 6; they can award XP and customization rewards, and their requirements may change in this live-service game. Campaign Challenges are another in-game category. Check the game’s Challenges interface for current requirements rather than treating a challenge assignment as a platform achievement.
The complete current platform achievement and trophy inventory, including platform-specific differences, is not established here. XboxAchievements’ search result reports 53 achievements worth 1,185 points and names “Deep Six,” for destroying three floating mines while in the water. Its guide page could not be accessed, so that count is secondary, unverified information—not an official total, a cross-platform count, or confirmation of the PlayStation Platinum requirements. How to make progress on multiplayer challenges
EA’s October 10, 2025 guide describes six Initiation assignment groups, designed to introduce multiplayer play. It offers practical advice for each. Requirements in a live game can change, so use the current in-game assignment text as the authority when it differs from older guidance. Squadplay
These assignments reward actions that help your squad: deploying on squadmates, completing squad orders, earning squad assists, or reviving squadmates. Squad leaders can issue orders by pinging objectives; if a teammate is down, a revive can contribute to the assignment while helping keep the squad in the fight.
Teamplay
Teamplay tasks include spotting enemies, deploying on teammate gadgets or vehicles, healing with a Supply Bag, dragging and reviving teammates, repairing vehicles, and resupplying allies. Support is a natural fit for healing, revives, and resupply; Engineer is relevant when the task calls for vehicle repairs. Pick the class that directly supports the active requirement rather than trying to complete every task with one setup.
Vehicle
Vehicle assignments can involve time spent in ground vehicles, capturing objectives while in a vehicle, piloting jets or helicopters, and earning vehicle kills or assists. EA notes that Initiation modes can make it easier to find a vehicle seat. New helicopter pilots can also try Helicopter Control Assists. Match the vehicle action to the wording of the assignment: simply riding in a vehicle may not satisfy a task that specifies a capture or a kill.

Small Modes
Small Modes assignments cover Domination, Team Deathmatch, Squad Deathmatch, and King of the Hill. For King of the Hill, EA recommends anticipating the next rotating objective and moving into position early. Check whether the assignment asks for a particular mode or a specific action within it; playing a different small mode will not necessarily count.
Large Modes
Large Modes assignments involve Conquest, Breakthrough, Rush, and Escalation. In Conquest, coordinate captures with your team. In Breakthrough, concentrating on a weaker objective can help your side take a sector. In Rush, use the minimap and M-COM icons to orient yourself around the objectives. These are mode-specific tasks, so select the named mode before queuing.

Before choosing a mode, inspect your active assignments for actions that overlap. EA’s example is capturing Conquest objectives while in a vehicle: that can advance both a Vehicle assignment and a Large Modes assignment. The same principle applies whenever one action satisfies more than one displayed requirement. If progress does not register, check the exact assignment wording and the in-game tracker; do not assume that a similar action counts.

- Open the in-game Challenges interface and review active assignments.
- Identify requirements that can be completed in the same mode or with the same action.
- Choose the mode and class that fit those requirements—for example, Conquest and a vehicle for a vehicle-based objective capture.
- During the match, verify that the relevant assignment progress is advancing before repeating the activity.
Other challenge types and unlock milestones
EA’s guide also describes daily and weekly challenges, persistent multiplayer assignments, Unit assignments, Class Challenges, Weapon Challenges, and Campaign Challenges. Its October 10, 2025 launch-era article says Class Challenges unlock at Career Rank 20 and Weapon Challenges at Rank 23. Because those milestones come from a dated guide and the game can be updated, check the current Challenges interface to confirm availability and requirements on your account.
Where to check current requirements and support
The in-game Challenges interface is the most direct place to confirm what currently counts and whether an assignment is active. For support topics and update notices, EA’s Battlefield 6 support hub links to current help and news, but it is not a complete platform trophy checklist.
