The “24% off for Black Friday” headline refers to 2025 coverage, not a verified 2026 Black Friday deal. As of October 8, 2026, the US PlayStation Store instead lists Battlefield 6 for PS5 at $27.99, down from $69.99, with the offer scheduled to end October 22, 2026, at 06:59 UTC. Prices and availability vary by platform and region, so check the live listing before buying.
What happened to the 24% Black Friday deal?
Tom’s Guide surfaced the 24% figure in Black Friday coverage from 2025. The original retailer or platform behind that historical headline, and a corresponding current Amazon offer, have not been verified. It should not be treated as a live discount or a forecast for Black Friday 2026. Tom’s Guide’s Black Friday coverage

Check the platform and full cost before buying
The verified sale price is for PS5 on the US PlayStation Store. The available evidence does not establish matching Xbox or PC prices, physical-copy pricing, or a current Premium Edition offer. Compare the exact edition and final checkout price on your intended platform rather than assuming the PS5 discount applies elsewhere.

Could EA Play lower the price?
EA says EA Play members receive a 10% discount on prices in the Battlefield web store. Compare the resulting checkout price with the cost of membership, and confirm the terms for your region. It is not established whether that member discount stacks with other offers, so do not assume it applies on top of a sale. EA Help: EA Play member discounts
