To use a converted mouse sensitivity in Battlefield 6, calculate a target value with a converter, then enter it under Settings > Mouse & Keyboard. Infantry and vehicle aim have separate settings, and a converted base sensitivity is only a starting point: test it in the Firing Range and check zoom behavior separately.
Convert your sensitivity and apply it in Battlefield 6
- Check your source setup. Note the sensitivity and mouse DPI you use in the other game. A converter’s result depends on those inputs.
- Select the games in a converter. Choose Battlefield 6 as the target and your current game as the source, then enter your source sensitivity and DPI. For example, Sens Converter provides sensitivity and DPI inputs, plus a control for converting between different DPI values. Follow the tool’s instructions about whether to keep the same DPI or specify a different one.
- Open the matching Battlefield 6 setting. On PC, go to Settings > Mouse & Keyboard. Choose Infantry for foot combat or Vehicles for vehicle controls. Use Modify beside Control Settings to access detailed options.
- Enter the converted value. Set Infantry Mouse Aim Sensitivity or Vehicle Mouse Aim Sensitivity, depending on what you want to adjust. The game keeps these sensitivities separate.
- Test and refine. Try the setting in the Firing Range and adjust it to your preference. EA recommends testing there; a converter’s output is not a guarantee that two games will feel identical.
Choose a starting point, not a universal “best” value
EA Help lists these suggested starting values: 20 for Infantry Mouse Aim Sensitivity, 178 for Zoom Sensitivity Coefficient, and 20–40 for Vehicle Mouse Aim Sensitivity. The page was marked “Updated 5 months ago” when accessed; it does not state an exact update date. Treat these as EA’s starting recommendations, not required settings or a universal ideal. EA’s Battlefield 6 settings guide advises testing and readjusting in the Firing Range.

Check zoom and physical turn distance separately
Matching base sensitivity does not necessarily match how aiming feels when zoomed in. Scope or ADS behavior can depend on zoom settings and multipliers, so test the sights you actually use and adjust zoom sensitivity separately if needed. EA also distinguishes infantry and vehicle sensitivity options in its Battlefield 6 accessibility guide.
If you want to compare physical turn distance, a converter may show a cm/360 estimate: the mouse distance needed for a full in-game turn. Sens Converter’s BF6-to-Battlefield V page, for instance, gives an illustrative output of 498.73 cm/360 for 0.4 sensitivity at 800 DPI. That is a calculator example for that specific game pairing, not a Battlefield 6 recommendation. A large mouse pad can make a full-turn sweep easier to measure, but it is optional; you can change sensitivity without one.

What to do if the result feels wrong
- Confirm the DPI input. If the source and target setups use different DPI values, make sure the converter is set to account for that difference. A value calculated for one DPI may not translate as intended at another.
- Confirm the target field. Infantry and vehicle aim are controlled separately; changing one does not set the other.
- Recheck zoom behavior. A base-sensitivity conversion may not reproduce the source game’s ADS or scope multipliers.
- Adjust in small increments. Use the Firing Range to judge the result, then refine it for your own control and preference.
